Administrative Assistant

Consulting & Technical Sales Department

Requirements of the role:

  • College or university matriculated 
  • Excellent command of both Chinese and English in writing and speaking
  • 1 or more year of working experience preferred
  • Working knowledge in MS Office 
  • Immediate availability is preferable
     

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage stock inventory 
  • Documentation of sales orders
  • Provide administrative support to department
  • Communication support with partnering businesses

 

Senior Accounting Clerk

Requirements of the role:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
  • LCCI Level 3 Certificate in Accounting 
  • 3 years or above relevant experience
  • Working knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Inventory taking experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MYOB system is an advantage
  • Good command of both Chinese and English 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable

 

Accounting clerk

Requirements of the role:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance
  • LCCI Level 2 Certificate in Accounting 
  • 2 years or above relevant experience
  • Working knowledge in MS Office is preferred
  • Knowledge of MYOB system is an advantage
  • Good command of both Chinese and English 
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable

 

Marketing & Public Relations Manager

Duties of the Marketing Manager include:

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the Corporate Sales & Marketing department.
  • Create & Manage all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of the Company  
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns such as all industry events and tradeshows.
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
  • Equipping sales with the tools and training required to effectively sell APE’s portfolio
  • Facilitate the creation and delivery of venue activation material such as signage content and merchandise
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, universities, associations and media
  • Continually evaluate the public relations strategy.
     

Requirements of the role:

  • 2 - 3 years experience as a Marketing Officer/ Assistant Manager / Manager
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing.
  • Demonstrate ability to think creatively and independently   
  • Advanced design knowledge / experience  
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed  
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail necessary to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects  
  • Demonstrate a professional level of verbal, written and listening skills in both English & Chinese 
  • Ability to create and assemble attractive marketing materials 
  • Working knowledge of design and implementation software necessary for the job function (PPTX, Prezi, Word, PDF, MailChimp, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, Adobe InDesign platform or Adobe CC, etc.)
  • Work well with a team
