1. Senior/Associate – Audit

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality audit and other assurance services to a pool of clients;

  • Obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence and keep good documentation;

  • Identify potential audit issues and report to audit managers or partners;

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and formulate solutions to deficiencies encountered.

  • Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure the progress of assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • University degree holders or above in accounting or finance;

  • Able to work independently and to handle multiple assignments within very tight timeframe;

  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (written & spoken);

  • Candidates with 2 or 3 years of hands on external audit experience will be considered for Senior or higher position.

 

2. Manager – Audit/Technical

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide quality assurance services to a pool of clients, including preparation and review of audit plans and working papers;

  • Leading, managing and motivating audit team members;

  • Understand the clients’ industries and industry development and updates;

  • Train and develop of staff and improve their professional competence;

  • Responsible for other daily management works and affairs that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified professional accountants, e.g. CPA, ACCA or CPAA;

  • Minimum 5 years external audit experience from reputable accounting firms;

  • Familiar with contemporary financial reporting standards, including IFRS;

  • Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English.

 

3. Associate – Corporate Service

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and summarize the information of client needs through communication;

  • Provide wide range of corporate services to client (e.g. Company set up, Government documentation etc.);

  • Provide wide range of administrative services to client (e.g. Payroll calculation, assist in tax filling etc.);

  • Provide consultancy and professional advice on client business;

  • Assist and maintain the documentation of client business as required by law;

  • Actively participate to problem-solving for complex accounting/legal/tax issues with management.

  • Perform other ad hoc assignment as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong professional knowledge and willing to learn for new knowledge;

  • Flexible and open mind, strong customer service awareness;

  • Good presentation and communication skills;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

  • Ability to effectively manage time;

  • Creativeness and ability to think outside-the-box;

  • Result-oriented with an attention to details;

  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills;

  • University degree holders or above in law, finance or accounting, experience with legal advice, administration, secretary or accountancy is preferred.

 

4. Senior – Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Review the financial statements and annual reports are in compliance with reporting standard;

  • Work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress;

  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties;

  • Build strong internal relationships within the accounting team and across other services lines;

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel ;

  • Report to senior management and perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

Qualifications:

  • University degree holders or above in accounting or finance;

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience work in accounting and financial management or public accounting firm;

  • Familiar with financial reporting standards, accounting practice and other related regulation;

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, and thorough logical thinking ability;

  • Team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

  • Professional ethics and due care.

 

5. Manager – Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide high quality accounting service to client, review accounting work done and provide financial analysis.

  • Provide solution for wide range of accounting/financial issues.

  • Research and analyze prevailing market trends to develop accounting plan;

  • Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations;

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client;

  • Build strong internal relationships within the accounting team and across other services lines;

  • Train and improve the professional competence of accounting team;

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Professional accountancy qualification;

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience work in accounting and financial management or public accounting firm;

  • Thorough knowledge of current financial reporting standards (including IFRS);

  • Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational and leadership ability;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

 

6. Senior – Tax

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure various types of tax returns are in compliance with standard and legal requirements;

  • Work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress;

  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties;

  • Analyze client’s business model and provide tax advisory work for clients;

  • Build strong internal relationships within the tax team and across other services lines;

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel ;

  • Report to senior management and perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

Qualifications:

  • University degree holders or above in accounting or finance;

  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience work in accounting and financial management or public accounting firm;

  • Familiar with financial reporting standards, tax regulation and other related legislation;

  • Strong negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion and handle challenges;

  • Team player with ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.;

  • Professional ethics and due care.

 

7. Manager – Tax

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in technical review and quality control for engagement;

  • Manage and provide valuable technical tax advice to client;

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client;

  • Research and analyze prevailing market trends to develop comprehensive tax plan;

  • Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to moderately complex situations;

  • Build strong internal relationships within the tax team and across other services lines;

  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client;

  • Train and improve the professional competence of tax team;

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Professional accountancy/tax qualification;

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience work in accounting and financial management or public accounting firm;

  • Thorough knowledge of current financial reporting standards and tax laws;

  • Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational and leadership ability;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
