We are seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals who yearn for a break from the norm to join our pioneering team and redefine the hospitality landscape.
- Ensure smooth operation of front desk services such as check-in/out
- Establish rapport with guests
- Create and provide unique customer experiences
- Assist guests with enquiries and/or special arrangements
- Degree / Diploma holder in hospitality management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, conversational Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Service-oriented, pleasant personality, good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, team player, careful and able to handle challenges
- Shift duty including overnight shift is required.
- Prior customer service experience in hotel industry will be advantageous.
