Senior HR & Admin Executive / Assistant HR Manager

Department: HRA

Job Title: Senior HR & Admin Executive / Assistant HR Manager

Report to: Group HR manager

Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits, recruitment process, staff training

  • Handle Foreign staffs work pass application and related documents

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with all employment related legislation

  • Liaise with Client, sub-con and Government bodies for employees issues

  • Manage employee grievances and local issues

  • Handle monthly payroll process and reports

  • Coordinate manpower issues as and when

  • Responsible for employee welfare, safety and health

  • Manage and handle confidential documents, records and maintain an organized filing system

  • Responsible for Fixed Assets – Update in ISO COP and ERP systems

  • Prepare and submit necessary document to Government and non-government agency when required

  • Complying the mandatory requirement from DSAL, SOX and ISO.

  • Undertake ad-hoc HR and admin assignments delegated from time to time

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree / Professional certificate in related field

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of Human resource relevant experience, preferable with accounting experience

  • Familiar with local Employment Acts and Labour law regulations

  • Good in written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organized

  • Fast learner, positive working attitude.

  • Details-oriented, good coordinating skills

  • Possess team spirit

  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
