Boutique Manager / Assistant Boutique Manager

This position will contribute to the overall sales development of the store in terms of image, turnover and profitability by managing properly the store staff, using and developing effective customer relation management in line with the Company's retail strategy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of secondary school or above with minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in luxury brands or retail industry
  • Strong business awareness, with logical thinking & analytical ability
  • Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate sales team
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Self-motivated & energetic
  • Dedicated with strong sense of commitment
  • Excellent command of English & Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Boutique Manager


 

Boutique Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 5 standard or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in retail luxury brands or hotel industry plus 2 years’ experience in supervisory level in apparel retail industry
  • Customer oriented & strong initiative
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Dedicated with strong sense of commitment & long-term career mindset
  • Good spoken English & Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Adviser


 

Customer Adviser / Senior Customer Adviser

Requirements:

  • 1 year relevant working experience in luxury brands or hotel industry
  • Energetic, self-motivated and customer service oriented
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Customer Adviser


 

Customer Relationship Officer / Cashier

Requirements:

  • Responsible for cashier operations, customer relation management and shop administration supports
  • Form 5 standard or above
  • Minimum 1 years’ customer service experience
  • Precise and detail-minded, able to manage cashier counter independently
  • Good Team player and proactive to keep Boutique Manager updated in shop operation issues
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel


 

Shop Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in daily shop operation including Cashier
  • Organize the merchandise in stockroom
  • Deliver merchandise when necessary & ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good team player &self-motivated
  • Good communication skills
