We are member of Dah Chong Hong Holdings Hong Kong, is an Asia-based integrated market management provider specializing in healthcare. Offering comprehensive commercial and logistics solutions, Four Star partners with the world’s leading healthcare companies to distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical equipment, diagnostics and OTC products for 500 brands into hospitals, pharmacies and specialty stores in Macau. To cope with our swift business growth, we would like to invite high caliber individual to fill the following positions.

Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse and inventory control

  • Supervise logistics and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities

  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s supply chain

  • Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries

  • Respond to any issues or complaints

  • Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations

  • Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements

  • Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements

  • Maintain accurate & updated transaction records and prepare reports for upper management

  • Maintain good relationship with internal and external parties

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics / Supply chain Management or related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences, in which 3 years in managerial level

  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory systems

  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good in PC knowledge, especially in MS office, knowledge of WMS and ERP will be an advantage

  • Attention to details

  • Work independently and under pressure

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

Manager – Medical Solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational flows

  • Ensure the efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental objects are met

  • Secure regulatory Compliance as required (e.g. for medicine and cold storage goods)

  • Lead the implementation of new Business opportunities that will enhance both the profitability and reputation of the Logistics business, design the DC layout and work flow to optimize the productivity

  • Ensure all Capex is pre-approved in line with published Company Policy, and that all investments of Capex into the business are measured post implementation to ensure that the investment is achieving the initial stated objectives

  • Initiate cost saving projects with emphasis on improved processes, line efficiency gains, reduced wastage or increased automation so as to reduce cost, improve quality and increase productivity

  • Ensure Roles & Responsibilities for all Operational Team are set and properly managed

  • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded

  • Coach and develop Supervisors on important aspects of work performance and where appropriate recommend the process improvement plans or areas of poor performance

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Science or related discipline

  • 6 years relevant experience in medicine industry and familiar with Medicine industry

  • Sales Force management experience is essential

  • Sensitive to market trend and practice of medicine industry

  • Integrity and honesty

  • Excellent time management, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills

  • Good team player and fast learner

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Knowledge of MS office

Medical Sales Supervisor / Representative
(Medical Device)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets within schedule

  • Drive and support business growth

  • Highly self-motivated

  • Establish strong physician and clinician relationship

  • Launch new products in combination with Marketing in territory

  • Be innovative in creating new sales opportunities for principal products

  • Gathering market information

  • Resolves customer complaints

  • Candidate with less experience shall be considered as Sales Representative

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above

  • Degree holder in Science or related discipline will definite be an advantage

  • 2 years customer service experience is preferable

  • Good presentation skill

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Knowledge of MS office

  • Less sales experience or fresh graduate with good personality and aggressive character shall also consider in Sales Representative position

Senior / Sales Representative
(Diagnostics)

Responsibilities:

  • To promote our extensive range of diagnostics products to local hospitals, private laboratories and institutions

  • Execute marketing plans to achieve company sales target

  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve the continuous growth

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with target accounts

  • Provide good after sales services to gain customers loyalty

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above

  • Degree holder in Life Science or related discipline, such as Biochemistry will definite be an advantage

  • 1 year sales service experience is desirable

  • Good presentation skill

  • Proactive, highly motivated and result-oriented

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Less sales experience or fresh graduate with good personality and aggressive character shall also consider in Sales Representative position

Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator

Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales orders and answer queries

  • Enter details of the order on a system

  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team

  • Maintain and update sales & customer records

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Diligent, self-motivated and a good team player

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS office

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English

Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales orders and answer queries

  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries

  • Provide logistics & administrative support to the Sales Team

Requirements:

  • High school or related disciplines

  • Diligent, self-motivated and a good team player

  • Good communication

  • Proficiency in MS office

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English

5 Working Days with Macau Government Public Holidays
