Director of Human Resources

We are one of the biggest Food & Beverage chain group in Macau with almost 2,000 employees and operations mainly in Macau, Guangdong and Hong Kong. We are looking for a high caliber individual to take up the following vacancy:

Job responsibilities:

  • Leading our HR team to provide demanding human resources services including manpower planning, recruitment, C&B, employee relations, performance management, career planning and labour dispute.
  • Formulating and reviewing the HR rules & regulations, employment manual update.
  • Managing and Review annual salary and bonus, appraisal processes, employment insurance and annual remuneration budget.
  • Overseeing employee compensation and benefit and market updates.
  • Update Employee Hand Book.
  • Working closely with Training Manager for Staff Training.
  • Manage any ad-hoc tasks as may be required.
  • Less experience of the position could be considered to Manager of Human Resources and further knowledge about Macau Labour Laws would be considered as an advantage.


  • Bachelor degree or above in business preferably in human resources management or related disciplines.
  • Over 8 years senior positions and 5 years of senior position’s work experience in human resources field in food and beverage/hotel industries would be an advantage
  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to human resources issues in Macau, China and Hong Kong.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, details-oriented
  • Must be able to work independently as well as cooperatively with a team
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must but not essential.
  • Willing to travel occasionally.
  • Stationed in Macau .
