Gourmet Cuisine is a subsidiary of Angliss Hong Kong which is wholly owned by Bid Corporation Limited (Bidcorp), listed company in South Africa. 

We are based in Hong Kong and sister companies Gourmet Partner are based in Singapore and Malaysia. Gourmet Cuisine specializes in European fine food products supply to food service, catering and retail customers. We committed to provide our customers with the highest quality products and personalized services. 

To cope with our business expansion in Macau region, we are now seeking high caliber applicants with relevant experience to fill the following position.
 

Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts and monthly report independently, included but not limited to petty cash, bank reconciliations, account payable and account receivable, 
  • Prepare reports to management and head office
  • Liaise with auditors and follow up audit issues
  • Taxation administration
  • Support HR and administrative work
     

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • 3-4 years relevant experience preferably
  • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good PC skills and knowledge on MS Office Application
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers, logistic partner and freight forwarders on a daily basis, checking all applicable documentations are in place and are fully compliant with Import regulations
  • Monitor logistic and shipping process and shipment arrangement and delivery follow-up
  • Quality inspection when shipment arrive; acknowledge the products with logistic partner for correct picking to customers
  • Prepare internal reports by keep data entering daily
  • Handle customer phone in inquires and orders 
  • Orders data input to trading system for daily deliveries, sales invoice preparation 
  • Perform all-rounded office administrative duties, such as handle telephone calls, courier, office equipment, maintenance, office supplies and stationery ordering
  • Provide necessary operation support
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects
     

Requirements:

  • Territory education in any discipline
  • Fresh graduate will be also considered
  • Good PC skills and knowledge on MS Office Application
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Administrative Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of shipping and clearance documents
  • Inventory control and forecast
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistic partner and freight forwarders on a daily basis, checking all applicable documentations are in place and are fully compliant with Import regulations
  • Monitor logistic and shipping process and shipment arrangement and delivery follow-up
  • Quality inspection when shipment arrive; acknowledge the products with logistic partner for correct picking to customers
  • Prepare internal reports by keep data entering daily
  • Handle customer phone in inquires and orders 
  • Orders data input to trading system for daily deliveries, sales invoice preparation

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
  • 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or shipping sector
  • Good PC skills and knowledge on MS Office Application
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
