H&M的行政收銀主管工作有很多職責,同時也有很多樂趣.你的工作包括:

  • 在銷售部門,試衣間和收銀台提供出色的顧客服務,達到銷售最大化

  • 完成和確保當天,一周和一個月的現金辦公室的現金操作和安全流程

  • 完成所有工時的計算。完成打折工作,並且確保所有的店鋪管理團隊對折扣清單和服裝操作的流程都正確。訂制收銀台和現金辦公室所有的工具

  • 通知,培訓和更新所有和員工相關的關於收銀台和店鋪的所有規章制度

Your responsibilities

The job of an H&M Cash Office Responsible comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:

  • Provide excellent customer service to maximise sales on the store floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk

  • Complete and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly cash office and security routines concerning money handling

  • Complete all hour / payroll calculations. Complete zero reductions and ensure together with store management that BORE and garment transfer routines are handled correctly. Order supply material for office and cash desk.

  • Inform, train and update all employees on cash point procedures and relevant shop routines.

  • Set an example for your team and act as a role model
