1. Senior Human Resources & Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the recruitment advertisement and job posting in different channels

  • Provide clerical support in HR & Adm area

  • Handle administrative duties of the company

  • Handle foreign labour quota application and extension

  • Assist to set up and maintain an up-to-date HR filing system and data base

  • Assists and answers questions and inquires from colleagues for HR relative issues

Requirements:

  • Diploma / degree holder in HRM or related disciplines

Requirements:

5. IT Support / Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible of the Anti-Virus, Firewall, Patch Management and IT Security Service;

  • Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities.

  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

  • Perform routine checking and maintenance of software system operation

  • Responsible for the daily IT helpdesk support, network and security

  • Monitor and back up servers, network and computer system

Requirements

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 2 years relevant experience

  • Knowledge in MS Products, Windows, Outlook, and network is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Support treasury functions including cash management and corporate financing

  • Prepare comprehensive financial models, project analysis, feasibility study and investment valuation

  • Participate the whole cycle of investment from market search to post-investment management;

  • Prepare proposal and report on investment strategic, transaction projection, comprehensive assessment to the Investment Committee;

  • Conduct due diligence on the potential and target investment projects;

  • Undertake the post-deal monitoring of the investments through performance review, analysis on capital deployment and performance;

  • Liaise with the investment departments, external partners, lawyers, accountants, bankers, service provider and other professional parties throughout the whole acquisition process;

  • Perform ad hoc projects upon request.

Requirement:

  • Degree Holder in Economic, Finance or related subjects preferred

  • At least 5year experience in Financial / Investment analysis Industry

  • 5 years or above experience in corporate finance with IPO deal completion, direct investment area with proven track records of successful deal origination, due diligence and execution in Asia markets.

  • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill;

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the management

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of secretarial function, including general Administration function
