General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in annual budgeting, monitor profit & loss and assist in financial management
  • Provide recommendations to management on administrative and operational improvement
  • Manage the company cost-effectively and efficiently within budget
  • Develop and implement an innovative business strategy to maximize revenue
  • Knowledge of Poker and/ or Casino Marketing 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Studies or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent position in Poker industry
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external parties
  • Strong leadership, business sense and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Fluent of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

 

Accounts Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for daily accounting functions including booking-keeping, banking, accounts payable & receivable 
  • To handle full set of accounts, petty cash and monthly cash disbursement  
  • To assist in month end closing and financial statements
  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting
  • LCCI level 2 or above
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Accounting field; with exposure of marketing field and MYOB is an advantage
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office, Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good Command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Immediate availability preferred

 

Personal Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support including daily schedules, appointments and business events and calendars maintenance and other administrative tasks
  • To coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Assist with other tasks as requested
  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned and offer general support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder or above, with working experience in guest services or office administration preferred
  • At least 2 year working experience in related filed
  • Fluent of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability highly preferred

 

Event Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to organizing and planning for all marketing events and activities
  • Excellent communication between marketing partners, operations team and all parties
  • Planning for strengthen brand image and drive effective marketing communication
  • Preparing information for marketing tools (e.g. website, magazines) and monitor their effectiveness
  • To research marketing movements and provide instant support to achieve sufficient results
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

Requirements:

  • 4 years or above experience in marketing at supervision level, related Poker and or/ Casino Marketing is advantage
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or business preferred
  • Fluent of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good PC skill in MS office, PowerPoint presentations is a must
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to handle multi tasks and meet tight deadlines

 

Event Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the marketing activities such as events and promotions
  • To ensure smooth & efficient coordination between marketing partners and the operations team, maintaining good communication between all parties
  • To keep tracks of existing marketing tools; compile regular marketing/ performance report
  • To provide and prepare information for marketing tools (e.g. website, magazines) regular updates and monitor their effectiveness
  • To assist in strengthening company's brand image and drive effective marketing communication
  • To research marketing movements and provide instant support to achieve sufficient results
  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned and offer general team support

Requirements:

  • 2 years or above solid experience, related Poker and or/ Casino Marketing
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or other related disciplines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and able to handle multi tasks and meet tight deadlines

*Candidate with less qualification and experience will be considered for the post of Event Assistant.

 

Graphic Designer 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the graphic design in marketing materials, eg. Leaflets, brochures, posters, EDM, company logo, website, etc.
  • Short video recordings and post-production processing
  • Layout drafting
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University student, major in Graphic Design or related disciplines
  • 1 year or above solid experience in design field
  • Proficient in design software such as Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc
  • Ability to work under tight deadline

*Candidate with less qualification and experience will be considered for the post of Graphic Design Assistant.
