Human Resources and Administrative Manager

Job Responsibilities:    

  • To be responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation & benefits and taxation planning.
  • To plan and formulate effective human resources strategy, employee relations, compensations and benefits, performance management system, etc.
  • To be responsible for relocation, daily office administrative support such as procurement of office supplies, office renovation and maintenance.
  • To supervise subordinates to work closely with all line managers on issues relating to human resources and administrative support.
  • To support in organizing company functions and employee activities 
  • To ensure compliance of the team to all company policies and procedures, programs and applicable law requirements
  • To resolve HR-related inquiries or issues raised by employees
  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of full spectrum HR experience in supervisory level or above
  • Well versed with local labour law is a must, with knowledge of overseas related ordinance is an advantage
  • Mature, independent, initiative and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin proficient will be a plus
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Office, Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

 

Human Resources Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage and improve the whole spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selection, relocation, employee relations, compensations and benefits, performance management system, etc
  • To create and administrate employees’ Personal File 
  • To handle payroll and SSF administration and processing 
  • To prepare correspondences and employment contracts 
  • To assist in organizing company functions and employee activities
  • To ensure compliance of the team to all company policies and procedures, programs and applicable law requirements
  • To resolve HR-related inquiries or issues raised by employees
  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of full spectrum HR experiences at supervisory level

Office Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the smooth running of the daily office operation
  • To supervise and oversee the office reception and its functions
  • To organize and control the resources of the office
  • To facilitate and improve the whole spectrum of office administration including the company vehicles and business travel arrangement
  • To liaise with internal/ external parties to coordinate office business and facilitate resolutions of problems
  • To assist in organizing employee activities
  • To resolve office-related inquiries or issues raised by employees
  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned
     

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-year of supervisory role in office administration and management
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented team player
  • Professional communications and interpersonal skills, with good command of verbal and written Chinese; fluency in English and/ or Mandarin highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Work hours : 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday

 

Office Receptionist Internship

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage the daily operations of the reception
  • To answer telephones and handle enquiries
  • To meet and greet clients and visitors 
  • To setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • To perform general clerical duties and filing system 
  • To manage stocks for stationery and pantry
  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned and offer general team support
     

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Presentable, diligent, plus innovative, detail-oriented and problem solving skills, able to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent and professional communications and interpersonal skills, with good command of verbal and written Chinese; fluency in English and/ or Mandarin highly is highly preferred
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Work hours from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday
  • Internship date should at least 3 months; current University Students are welcome

 

Project Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate various company projects, from planning to execution 
  • To manage the workflow of projects, overseeing the delivery and execution for all required resources 
  • To plan all works through the concerned parties, liaising between the internal departments and third parties to ensure that projects are managed from brief through to delivery
  • To monitor and report the operation corresponding to the policies and procedure with relevant administration
     

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in Management or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Marketing or Administration
  • A mature team player with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work abroad / Business Trip when necessary 
  • Working knowledge in business set up and logistics is highly preferred
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office, Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
  • Macau ID is a Must, holding HK ID or Portuguese passport is advantaged
  • Immediate available is preferred

Work hours: 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday

 

Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • To setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • To assist in the development, implementation and coordination of marketing campaigns and special events organized by the Company
  • To reply Email and answer telephones in appropriate manner
  • To develop and maintain relationships with current and new clients, partners and agencies
  • To meet and greet clients and visitors, coordinate accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
  • To maintain CEO's calendar and prepare CEO's expense report, coordinate CEO’s travel arrangements
  • To coordinate project-based work, prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations
  • To perform general clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned and offer general team support
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in Business Administration or other related field, with minimum of 3 years working experience; exposure of Marketing business is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; able to work under tight deadlines
  • Mature, diligent, plus innovative, detail-oriented and problem solving skills, 
  • Excellent and professional communications and interpersonal skills, with good command of verbal and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Macau ID only, 21 years or above, willing to business trip
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Good communication and written in English is preferable
