工作職責:

  • 協助營銷總監在活動項目的策劃、實施及推廣
  • 編輯、制定及發佈有效的資訊,並達到營銷效果
  • 記錄及報告工作時出現的情況,安排解決方案,提出長期改善措施,以減少情況再次發生
  • 為業務的方向和目標制定一致的工作準則,扮演不同職能的工作伙伴(區域市場營銷、生產、銷售和客戶管理),以確保有效的溝通和平穩的發展
  • 為客戶提供專業及有禮的服務包括主動聯絡客戶有關售後的跟進,並解答客戶的查詢
  • 分享具傳播力的資訊,迅速回應有關資訊的變動,令其成為熱點話題
  • 研究各種信息所表達的意思,並提出方法去加強信息在各方面的傳播力道
  • 為臨時特定的任務提供支援

工作要求:

  • 熟悉內地潮流文化,尤其是在主要城市的動向
  • 具社會熱點話題、潮流和社會媒體動向的觸覺
  • 具有兩年的市場營銷相關工作經驗,具網路行銷的經驗者優先
  • 具市場營銷、工商管理、傳播本科或以上學歷
  • 精通MS Office應用程式及中文輸入
  • 能夠獨立、主動並同時完成多項工作及具時間管理的技巧
  • 具創意寫作的能力
  • 會流利的粵語和普通話,具優越的中、英文寫作能力和溝通技巧

Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate various company and marketing projects, from marketing and advertising strategies, communications ideas to effective design concepts and events execution
  • To establish agenda for special event planning development sessions, from resources allocation, equipment and manpower requirements to site selection and various logistical details
  • To coordinate special event publicity efforts with the Marketing team to maximize and promote event awareness
  • To manage the in-house or outsourced creation of assets for a range of different channels including artwork for stage design, showrooms, online adverts, copy for radio scripts, storyboards for videos etc.
  • To uphold the company image including all communication activities and public relations (advertising, marketing materials, client communications, content for publications, etc.) 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, considerable exposure in Hotel/Event environment is an advantage
  • Working knowledge in graphic design and advertising, exposure to stage/ showroom design is highly preferred
  • Ability to supervise and inspire team members, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills; good command of both English and Chinese 
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office, Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
  • Immediate availability is preferred

* Candidate with less qualification and experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Marketing Manager

*Work hours: 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday

Assistant Interior Designer

Summary:

  • Our client, The Good Studio team is a dynamic practice built from diverse backgrounds and an array of industry experience. Continuously drawing inspiration from market trends and never afraid of finding a solution to the impossible.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • To prepare creative briefs and presentation materials
  • Handling a full set of working drawings with details, materials and product sourcing
  • To prepare artwork from layout design to final output (3D / 2D drawings) 
  • Work closely with senior designers to ensure the projects are well implemented
  • Site coordination work

Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
  • 2 years experience or above in relevant field
  • Experience in residential and office projects is a bonus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch UP, 3D Max, Photoshop and PowerPoint
  • Capable to manage task independently, responsible and self-motivated
  • Good team player who eager to learn and grow with the role
  • Open minded and able to maintain a good and positive  attitude on all fronts
  • Fluent in both spoken and written in Chinese. Good command of English is an advantage
  • Design portfolio is required
  • Occasional travel to Hong Kong & China may be required
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Macau ID only

* It is 5.5 working days per week with year-end double pay

Assistant Operation Manager - Slot

Job Responsibilities:

  • To develop and carry out Slot Operation Procedures, Customer Service Training and Team Member Development Curriculum
  • To direct and organize all Slot activities, ensure provision of excellent customer service and maximum floor coverage in the Slot area at all times
  • To monitor and report the operation is corresponding to the policies and procedure with relevant technical & administration
  • To verify and authorize slot machine transactions, including payouts and fulfill with Cage procedures
  • To ensure all Slot machines are in optimum operational condition and customer service standards are met.
  • To handle customers’ complaints and recommend strategies improvement with customers’ feedback
  • To liaise with vendors and manufacturers on any Slot requirements and criteria set by all stakeholders, related internal and external parties

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Slots Gaming environment
  • Familiar with the relevant Slot Gaming rules and regulations in Macao
  • Willing to work abroad / Business Trip when necessary
  • Possess good computer skills such as MS Office, any electronic gaming / slot machine system or software and logistics highly preferred
  • Independent and mature with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediate availability preferred
