Sales Associate

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute sales responsibility of the Store

  • Provide a professional customer service to customers in the Flagship environment

  • Take up daily routines to contribute to a smooth running of the operations

Requirements: 

  • Secondary school or above

  • At least 2 years working experience in luxury retail

  • Friendly, aggressive, interactive and team work oriented

Boutique Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Boutique Manager to achieve both sales and non-sales objectives

  • Supervise sales team and monitor service standard

  • Support daily operation needs; ensures all sales associates are acting with compliance to SOP

  • Maintain optimal stock level and condition as well as boutique environment

  • Work as a team motivator with other sales associates to ensure customer satisfaction and good team spirit

  • Support and/or undertakes project work as required, undertaking any initiatives identified and/or designated to promote the boutique sales, customer satisfaction and database recruitment and maintenance

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Post-Secondary school or above

  • 6 years working experience in retail in luxury retail

  • Good skills in Microsoft Office and RMS system

  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Boutique Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for revenue generation, study and analyze routine reports to keep track of the business trends, propose and implement sales development action plans for each product category based on various clientele

  • Address customers’ concerns, provide expedite service and resolve complaints pro-actively

  • Responsible for promoting brand awareness and enhancing customer loyalty thru execution of planned marketing programs e.g. CRM, events

  • Build strong morale and productive work teams

  • Performance management e.g. Evaluation and motivation of sales staff, staff disciplines

  • Identify staff’s training needs; propose, coordinate and/or conduct training based on category specialization

  • Monitor and review target stock level together with customer needs/buying trends

  • Conduct monthly business review meetings with direct reports 

Requirements:

  • Very good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury retail management and customer service

  • 4 years of experience in a managerial position

  • Good sales and communications skills

  • Experienced in complaint handling

  • Post-Secondary Education

  • University Degree in related discipline preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel in particular
