Assistant Manager, Restaurant - 029306

Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Restaurant is responsible for the overall activities of the assigned restaurant / bar and ensure its smooth and efficient operation. To operate the outlet under the direction from the Manager as per the standard procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve department goals for guest satisfaction, financial targets and training and high employee morale.
 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of F&B service experience in 5 star international hotel / resorts
  • Supervisory / Management experience in a five star restaurant environment
  • Education (please indicate minimum and preferred academic requirements)
  • Minimum certificate in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time during the shift
  • Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
  • Ability to work on overtime when needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application
  • Casino hotel experience is an advantage

 

Host, VIP Services - 029305

Position Summary:

The Host, Pacha VIP Services must be competitive host that thrives in attracting new customers. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Must be comfortable handling guests and ensuring a great customer experience. 
 

Qualifications:

  • High school above
  • Minimum one (1) year experience within a similar scope of guest service, or resort, club background.
  • Proven working experience as a host in Macau
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
  • Strong listening, communication and social skills
  • Experience in administrative work within the similar scope is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge, e.g. MS word, MS excel, Email, Internet
  • Be people oriented with good social skills
  • Be customer service oriented
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with management team
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude, and the ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time during the shift
  • Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
  • Ability to work on overtime when needed
  • Ability to develop good working relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
