1. Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Propose sales budgets, marketing strategies, sale objectives and action plans to management team.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

  • Develop strong relationships with the bank, corporate, airlines and other travel trade partners.

  • Develop new and profitable business from assigned geographical territories/Industry segments.

  • Contributing sales and marketing information and performance to achieve overall operational objectives.

  • Identify emerging markets, competitors and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

  • Implement a field sales action plan and a national sales programs for market segments.

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

  • Establish a call plan to meet customers and prospects and ensuring high level of customer services.

  • Using creativity and thorough knowledge of sale processes to provide innovative ideas and business growth.

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities.

  • Use Sales Force tools to effectively document pre-call, sales call and maintain pipeline of opportunities.

  • Collaborate effectively with key working partners such as RGM, Country Manager, HQ Global Sales & Marketing , Operations and Business Development Departments, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 8 years in Sales management from a reputable establishment in hospitality or bank industry.

  • Audacious, self-motivated and committed to achieving sales target.

  • Attentive to details, efficient, well-planned with good business sense.

  • Must be presentable with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with analytical mind.

  • Good customer service and account management skills.

  • A proven track record of sales.

  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Capable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management.

2. Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities :

  • Recording transactions

  • Preparing reports

  • Filing

  • Inputting data

  • Communication with clients and vendors

Requirement :

  • LCC elementary

  • Familiar with word, excel,

  • High school graduated or above

  • Relevant experience is an advantage

3. 部長

工作職責:

  • 確保貴賓室所有的品質標準都能貫徹執行 ;

  • 提供優質的客戶服務,通過良好的工作關係,保持與客人和同事之間積極互動;

  • 確保每日營業前後照既定的程序進行檢查餐枱擺設及備用品之整齊及充足 ;

  • 保持所有設備和客人供應品的標準庫存量;

  • 監督所有餐飲部之員工的出勤和儀表,確保員工穿著正確的制服,並符合貴賓室和部門的儀表衛生標準 ;

要求:

  • 高中畢業或以上;

  • 需要有2年酒店或餐飲方面的相關經驗;

  • 具有良好的人際關係和溝通技巧;

  • 良好的英語口語和書面表達能力,懂普通話和廣東話優先;

  • 能夠在壓力下獨立完成工作;

  • 需要24小時輪班工作。

 

4. Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Answer clients’ inquiries, coordinate internally to ensure quality service to be delivered in accordance with clients’ requirements.

  • Support sales administrative tasks (e.g. prepare sales proposals, agreements and relevant reports)..

  • Assist Manager to plan, formulate and execute sales / trade promotions and joint marketing activities with business partners

  • Participate in all aspects of sales and marketing activities.

  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business with minimum 1 year’s relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of travel industry is a definite advantage.

  • Capable of working under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management .

  • Attentive to details, efficient, well-planned with good business sense.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mind.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.

  • Fluent in Putonghua and excellent spoken and written Chinese and English is a must.

 

5. Guest Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the Meet and Greet service.

  • Collect payment from guests at the front reception counter before letting them enter the lounge.

  • Assist guests with their internet access requirements.

  • Make boarding announcement for contracted airline passengers.

  • Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge.

  • Possess a good knowledge of general information of the airport.·

Requirements:

  • High school graduated or above.

  • Relevant experiences in hotel or catering is an advantage.

  • Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • 24 hours Shift duties .

 

6. 餐飲服務員

工作職責:

  • 提供食物和飲料的服務;為客人提供膳食和飲料;

  • 為用膳後的客人清理餐桌;

  • 確保貴賓室區域內的清潔和整潔;

  • 以愉快和友好的態度為客人服務。

要求:

  • 具中學程度;

  • 需要有酒店或餐飲方面的相關經驗;

  • 具有良好的人際關係和溝通技巧;

  • 流利廣東話和普通話,懂英文優先;

  • 需要24小時輪班。

 

7. 清潔員

工作職責:

  • 確保貴賓室及其公共區域,洗手間,公共長廊,貴賓室前後面走廊,自助餐櫃檯和廚房等的清潔和整潔。

要求:

  • 小學程度;

  • 有相關工作經驗優先;

  • 能操流利的廣東話,少許普通話;

  • 需要24小時輪班。

 

8. 廚房管事員

工作職責:

  • 負責廚房的清潔;

  • 負責廚房整潔和整理;

  • 確保所有廚房和存儲區域的高衛生標準。

要求:

  • 小學程度;

  • 有相關工作經驗優先;

  • 能操流利的廣東話,少許普通話;

  • 需要24小時輪班。

 

9. 廚房幫工

工作職責:

  • 負責準備廚房的食物,烹飪和一般職責;

  • 協助所有食物準備,包括洗滌,去皮,切割,切碎和遞送;

  • 定期在廚房進行盤點,協助食品和飲料的庫存控制;

  • 定期檢查自助餐櫃檯,確保準備好的食物充足;

  • 執行清潔工作並支持廚房的日常操作。

要求:

  • 小學畢業或以上;

  • 擁有6個月或以上的廚房幫工經驗優先;

  • 需要24小時輪班。
