Greenpoint Global, one of our RGE Group’s member, seeks to hire an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Macau Office.

Accounting Executive 

Job Description

  • Cash Management function 

  • Prepare and obtain remittance approval 

  • Prepare monthly cash forecast  

  • Prepare cash reports according to SOP for cash status 

  • Reserve funds with updated information on cashbooks 

  • Coordinate with different teams to obtain information for reports updated

  • Prepare checklist

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / related field preferred

  • Minimum 5 year experience in financial control/reporting

  • Computer knowledge especially in MS Office with experience in SAP preferred

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Hard working and able to work under pressure

  • Willing to work overtime and in holiday when necessary

  • Immediate available preferred

  • Macau resident is a must

Working Hours

  • 09:00 am – 18:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break

  • 5 days work week, Public Holidays

Benefits

  • 13 month payment with yearly discretion Bonus

  • Starting with 11 days maximum to 14 days Paid Annual Leave

Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description

  • Handle and check orders received from customers, including LC checking

  • Create Sales Document in SAP

  • Coordinate with sales in other countries

  • Coordinate with finance and logistics for shipment arrangement, including BL checking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business / related field preferred

  • Knowledge of L/C, Shipping documents and logistic operation procedure will have advantage

  • Computer knowledge especially in MS Office with experience in SAP preferred

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Hard working and able to work under pressure

  • Willing to work overtime and in holiday when necessary

  • Immediate available preferred

  • Macau resident is a must
