Assistant Project Manager

Location: Macao

Reports to: Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager maximizing customer satisfaction by achieving projects goals within the agreed-upon schedule.

  • Support the Project Managers delivering projects within the agreed-upon budget aiming at maximizing gross margin.

  • Support the Project Managers in developing the suppliers’ panel.

Qualifications & Abilities

  • A bachelor degree (or undergoing) required.

  • Fluent English required (spoken and written), Chinese is a plus.

  • Results-driven, determined & a great work ethic.

  • Ability to work in team.

  • Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.

  • Can be tough against adversity.

  • Great with details.

  • Honest.

  • Passionate for event management.

BD intern

Location: Macau

Reports to: Event Planner

Responsibilities

  • Internship of ideally 4 to 6 months at least.

  • Generate pitches The Assistant Business Development Manager shall support the Business Development Manager generate pitches for new projects by developing new clients opportunities.

  • Converting pitches into actual sales The Assistant Business Development Manager shall work closely with the agency teams (creative strategist, design, production, talents & PR) to build presentations under the supervision of the Business Development Manager. The overall look of the presentation and the quality of the wording are as essential as the creativity and thoroughness of the content to differentiate Riviera from its competitors.

  • The intern will experience face-to-face meetings with clients of the agency.

  • Local or foreigner with a bachelor degree (or undergoing) required.

  • Fluent English required (spoken and written), Chinese is a plus.
