1. 工料測量員 Quantity Surveyor

Requirement for Duties

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of project finance

  • Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects

  • Set up and maintain a clear cost plan for project

  • set up cost management process and ensure implementation among team

  • Review and approve variation claims

  • Assist in procurement and management of subcontractors

  • Compile and update commercial accounts and records

  • Monitor related programmes’ progress

  • Provide recommendations on how to resolve issues with sub-contractors and suppliers

  • Assist in maintaining positive cash flow for the projects

  • Prepare tendering and bids

  • Taking off measurement from the drawings;

  • Site measurement with Client / Subcontractor;

  • Preparation of payment application to the Client;

  • Settlement of payment with Client / Subcontractors;

  • Liaise with subcontractors and external consultants to ensure estimations are competitive;

  • Develop the local knowledge and skill to build robust and project winning tenders in a fast paced, demanding market;

  • Gain a deep understanding of Client’s stakeholders and anticipate their needs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;

  • 3 years' relevant experience;

  • Has exposure to key account management and / or business development ideal.

  • Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts;

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;

  • Fluent English and excellent writing skills;

  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills

2. Electrical Engineer


Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Building Services, Data Centre & Specialized MEP design, specification, tender preparation and project & construction management

  • Carry Out MEP Design in HKG and China  

  • Conduct MEP Technical Due Diligence and Feasibility Study

  • Lead MEP plant testing, commissioning and qualification activities

  • Initiate and implement engineering projects and liaise with client in project execution

  • Assist team leaders in maintaining high quality and standard of design & construction and managing project finance

  • Check progress of work in the field.

  • Ensure conformance to department design standards, procedures and specifications.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of engineering, with a Bachelor of Science degree/ Engineering in Electrical or Building Services

  • Advanced degree in the field of electrical engineering is desirable.

  • Solid engineering design and construction experience in MEP Main Plant and knowledge in the respective disciplines in Macau

  • New build and A&A experience are preferable

  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of practical experience in MEP relevant experience
Strong communication, presentation and project management skills

  • Strong consultant or contractor experience in design & site construction management will also be considered

3. Civil Engineer

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for effective and efficient project management of civil and building works, including overall project planning and monitoring of statutory, safety, quality, construction as well as financial aspects of the relevant works

  • Prepare all information and presentation material for reporting of progress

  • Assisting in leading design consultants and construction contractors to ensure that programme and budget requirements are met

  • Ensuring that project requirements are incorporated effectively into detailed design, cost, works contract drawings and specifications

  • Proactively identifying design and construction interface problems, investigating alternatives with designers and contractors and liaising with project stakeholders to produce effective solutions

  • Conducting site administration works including supervising contractors' works, assisting in preparation of project estimates and budget control

  •  Manage sub-contractor and direct work-force to accomplish all the site / construction activities

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience

  • Solid experience in management of civil / buildings design, planning, construction and site supervisory works

  • Proactive mindset with strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills

  • Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software tools

6. Accountant/Assistant Accountant (急聘)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts

  • Monthly and year end closing

  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations

  • Preparing and managing the company’s overall budget, cash flows

  • Ensure the company financial records are booked timely according to the corporate and accounting guideline

  • Prepare and post accrual listing for month end accounts closing

  • Provide assistance and support to other departments for finance-related matters

  • Respond to ad-hoc requests and reports required by management

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Finance or Accountancy or LCC Level 3

  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience

  • Able to handle full set of accounts

  • Proficiency with MS Excel

  • Mature, patient, well-organized and able to Work independently

  • With working experience

  • In construction company will be an added advantage

7. Account Clerk (急聘)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, issues cheques, prepare vouchers, filing, accounts reconciliation etc.;

  • Month-end and year-end closing process;

  • perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:

  • Form 5 or above with LCC certificate

  • 1 year relevant working experience

  • Proficiency with MS Excel

  • Mature, patient, well-organized and able to Work independently

  • In construction company will be an added advantage

  • 協助地盤主管處理日常工作。

  • 5年裝修工程經驗,具建造或裝修工程地盤管理經驗,

  • 有汽車或電單車牌及安全督導員證書優先

14. 裝修工人

  • 水電,泥水,空調制冷等設備,維護及保養相關工程工作。

15. 地盤主管

  • 負責監督和監控項目, 協助項目經理處理及跟進工程,如物料及運輸協調等。

  • 與主承包商及分包商保持聯絡和協調,確保工作進度符合計劃及工程符合收發標準

  • 檢查安裝及施工符合設計圖則

  • 進行現場檢查

  • 向項目經理報告任何施工及進度可能發生的問題

16. 繪圖員

工作內容:

  • 負責圖紙的深化,包括設計方案的修改、確認,施工圖繪製,施工圖擴充、變更圖以及各專業圖紙的完善;

  • 充分了解設計並轉換成施工圖之各項細節圖紙;

  • 協助配合做好深化設計工作,完成全套施工圖繪製;

  • 參與項目施工現場的配合與交涉,負責工程項目的施工現場變更及竣工圖製作;

  • 能按照設計師要求繪製出相關效果圖;

  • 具有紮實的美術基礎、色彩控制能力強、想像力豐富,富有創意及執行力;

  • 負責室內外裝修工程量尺,繪製施工圖、效果圖,編制預算

任職要求:

  • 精通 AUTOCAD 和 CorelDRAW X7、Adobe、PS、 AI、3DMAX 或草圖大師等等相關軟件,並有實際運用經驗,能提供設計作品;

  • 熟悉掌握施工圖繪製規範和要求

  • 具備創新精神,有獨立的思維並能兼顧產品設計的整體需要;

  • 工作態度嚴謹穩健、學習能力強、工作踏實認真、能夠承受較大的工作壓力

  • 具有一定主動性,方案理解、領悟能力強。善於溝通交流,具備團隊意識

  • 具有2年以上有設計院工作經驗、室內效果圖設計經驗、設計或建築相關專業畢業優先

  • 熟悉IBC (International Building code 國際建築規範) 及澳門本地相關建築規範優先
