1. Senior Data Analyst 高級數據分析員

Job Summary:

  • Develops and implements databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

  • Develops records management processes and policies; gathers, understands, and documents detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Establish and maintains automated data processes

  • Identifies, evaluates and implements external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing

  • Monitors and audits data quality

  • Produces and tracks key performance indicators by developing and supporting reporting processes

  • Liaises with internal and external clients to fully understand the data requirements

  • Creates, interprets, and analyses raw data from a variety of sources into meaningful reports and presentations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of Casino Gaming related data, databases and terms

  • Knowledge & experience with Database (SQL), programming and statistical packages (R, excel), ETL processes, Business Analysis and Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) strongly advantageous

2. Gaming Analyst 分析員

 Job Summary:

  • Possess solid understanding of gaming audit policies, concepts and MICR

  • Completes Daily Operating Reports (D.O.R.)

  • Prepare Slot Analyzing Reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing from Slot System.

  • Proceed verification for document and system related to Slot Projects and System Configuration

  • Prepare Monthly Slot Reports compile with DICJ MICR standard

  • Monitoring and Auditing EGM daily performance and transaction and report any suspicious on timely-basis

  • Assist on Slot Project DICJ Submission, liaison with System Team, Tech Team and Ops Team to ensure Department compliance with Slot Regulations

  • Inform any significant issues requiring resolution on a timely manner

  • Maintain effective communication and information flow throughout Compliance & Audit Department and perform tasks assigned at the discretion of the Management

  • Perform the quarterly and periodic internal audit

4. Promotions and Campaigns Executive 營銷策劃及推廣主任

Job Summary:

  • Continuous strategic planning of new and innovative methods for future promotional events to be in place and in use by the new projects team at all the projects, and ensuring a proper handover to the operations team thereafter. 

  • Constantly monitor the status and outcome of the marketing and promotional methods being applied in present and past projects to ensure effectiveness of the methods chosen. 

  • Conduct post-mortem of the marketing and promotional exercise carried out for future reference, enhancements and improvements for upcoming projects and strategic planning purposes. 

  • Research and gather information on local/market, competition, and regulatory situation.

  • To liaise and co-ordinate between various suppliers and the requirements of management to ensure maximum and complete promotional tools and materials availability for the new projects. to time.

5. Accountant 會計師

Job Summary:

  • Report to local office CEO & ED.

  • Supervise Accounting Assistant on daily accounting matters.

  • Review full set of accounts, prepare consolidation package and perform analysis on various management reports.

  • Monitoring collection of accounts receivables and prepare cash flow summary.

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.

  • Handle annual profits tax filing.

  • Ensure compliance with existing and established company internal control standards, policies and procedures pertaining to financial and control areas.

6. Accounting Assistant 會計助理

Job Summary:

  • Receive and check purchase requisitions or capital expenditure requisitions from requester departments for all types of purchases / services and prepare relevant Purchase Order.

  • Perform all accounts payable related tasks and ensure that AP are paid accurately and timely (such as storage rent, apartment rent, golden rise remittance, expenses claims and other administrative bill etc).

  • Review the stock control list for operation and ensure their consumption is reasonable based on the high / low season.

  • Collect complete supporting documents for vouchers including but not limited to quotations, Purchase Requisitions (PR), Capital Expenditure Requisitions (CER), Purchase Order (PO), delivery note, signed invoices, signed petty cash vouchers and Payment Application Forms, Supplier Forms and other necessary documents.

  • File and scan all documents for filling purpose.

  • Prepare bank reconciliation every month.

  • Go to the bank for any banking activities such as withdrawal of cash, deposits, remittance, etc.

  • Reconcile petty cash usage with complete supporting documents.

  • Audit with each department for any need of petty cash / invoices if the amount is reasonable to be paid.

  • Check and process employee expense claims.

  • Periodically perform site stock take and FA stock take.

  • Responsible for inputting journal entries in Peachtree system.

  • Update and maintain inventory and Fixed Asset control list to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepare month-end package and reconciliations.

  • Complete any tasks assigned by Senior Accountant.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 – 2 years experiences in Accounting Finance ; 

  • With bachelor’s degree major in Finance & Accounting;

7. Technical Manager 角子機技術支援經理

Job Summary:

Manage and to be responsible for seeing that slot machine related equipment are well maintained and regularly serviced for SOLIS. Ensure all machines are functional and ready for play, and preparing requisitions for spare parts and orders.

  • Oversee and manage all entire slot technical department and duties.

  • Responsible for ensure that all company policies concerning the slot operations are followed in accordance with department’s policies and procedures.

  • Troubleshoot and repair slot machines, equipment and associated systems in as little time possible on the gaming floor, scheduled or unscheduled.

  • Responsible for securing and balancing any slot machines issues.

  • Liaise with the operational department and manage their enquiries regarding the machines.

  • Responsible for the repairing and restoration of machine malfunctions including systems.

  • Manager the general maintenance of all gaming machines, equipment and associated systems, schedules or unscheduled, to ensure the work is completed to standard to maximum machines performance.

  • Manager all machine testing to ensure machines uphold their integrity. 

  • Examine all gaming related equipment for evidence of cheating and mechanical malfunctions,

  • Project Manager all Game conversions, denom changes, machine moves and bank reconfigurations.

  • Submit all regulatory applications for gaming floor configuration changes.

  • Report any suspicious activity or security threat on the gaming floor to the Management.

  • Oversee all departmental performance appraisals.

  • Maintain daily report/log of events of occurrences and guaranteed that slot machines normal operation.

  • Manage and guide the departmental spare parts inventory by conducting periodic checks.

  • Work with the operations team in relation to the quarterly regulatory audits.

  • Source out and repair gaming related equipment in house.

  • Overseeing technician’s rosters around operational requirements.

  • Responsible for daily system inspections to ensure everything is operating correctly.

  • Responsible in ensuring all system backups are conducted on a monthly basis.

  • Assist with the groups machine support and maintenance. This involves being the direct contact point for external/internal customers on behalf of SOLIS.

  • Project manage all installations on behalf of the Group.

  • All other duties as assigned by the Co-CEO & ED.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree, College Degree or equivalent in related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Slot Operations in a casino environment,

  • Formal technical education in any related electronics field is required. 

  • Specific training in slot machine service and repair preferred. 

  • Basic computer skills are essential. 

  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin.  Intermediate English speaking skills are required.

  • **Obtaining the Slot Technical Certificate in Elementary Level by GTRC of IPM is a MUST.**

8. Assistant Technical Manager 角子機技術支援副經理

Job Summary:

The main responsibility is to provide training, technical direction and guidance to co-workers in installing, servicing, adjusting and repairing of slot and electrical machines. Additional duties include the maintenance and repair of select equipment for gaming machine. This position requires performing the job duties throughout the SOLIS properties as needed. Traveling between of reporting to other properties is a requirement for this position.

  • Work closely with Technical Manager to oversee the Technical team.

  • Review slot activities and technical status with Technical Manager.

  • Ensure all Slot Techs are properly trained and informed.

  • Maintain the database of all slot equipment and related information.

  • Assist evaluate technical procedures; recommend and implement changes.

  • Communicate with Slot Operation and other departments when implementing projects.

  • Ensure that all gaming devices and ancillary slot equipment are cataloged and inventories updated.

  • Assist and work closely with Technical Manager for every project management.

  • Assist Slot Technicians when needed.

  • Assist maintain vendor relationships.

  • Responsible for scheduling and managing overtime.

  • Monitor the security and integrity of slot machines.

  • Maintain general technical knowledge.

  • Assume all responsibilities of the slot under slot area ensuring all policies, procedures and gaming regulations are adhered to and consistently followed.

  • Protect the confidentiality of all company files and documents under their immediate control.

  • Perform all other duties as requested.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of slot technical experience.

  • Formal technical education in any related electronics field is required.

  • Specific training in slot machine service and repair preferred.

  • Basic computer skills are essential.

9. Technical Supervisor 角子機技術主援主任

Job Summary & Requirements:

  • Maximize the productivity of technicians and other contractors ensuring that all repairs configurations/installations and maintenance are completed in a timely manner with minimal machine down time and disruption to the operations.

  • Develop a culture that promotes and maintains a high level of morale amongst the team, and develops positive working relationships with all related departments.
    Build an environment where staff has the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, fostering a harmonious workplace and ensuring that they be recognized for their consistent contribution towards attaining departmental and company goals.

  • Oversee in the management and control of spare parts, repairable items and consumables for Slot Machines and sub gaming equipment.

  • Satisfy Management requests for information by continually updating and displaying an extensive knowledge of firmware updates, jackpot signage installation, slot equipment logistic, slot machine moves, spare parts & usage, faulty parts maintenance.

  • Accurate and timely completion of machine moves, game conversions, and configurations, in addition to system configurations, firmware updates and other project.

  • Produce technical training to technicians enhance their technical skill.

  • Report and update accurate information to Director of Technical & Product.

  • 4 years experience in slot machines, 2 Years in a Senior Technician Role.

  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

  • **Obtaining the Slot Technical Certificate in Elementary Level by GTRC of IPM is a MUST.** 

  • Variety system experience are added advantage;

  • Electronics and/or IT related qualification are preferable;

  • Sound command of Chinese & English in both oral and written forms;

10. Technician 角子機技術員

JOB SUMMARY 職位簡介:

Responsible for seeing that slot machines, money changers, Bill-handling equipment and video games are functional, well maintained and regularly serviced. Ensure all machines are functional and ready for play, and preparing requisitions for spare parts and orders.

  • Troubleshoot and repair slot machines, equipment and associated systems in as little time possible on the gaming floor, scheduled or unscheduled.

  • Service and maintain all gaming machines, equipment and associated systems, schedules or unscheduled, to ensure maximum performance.

  • Perform machine test to ensure machines uphold their integrity.

  • Examine all gaming related equipment for evidence of cheating and mechanical malfunctions.

  • Keep complete records listing repairs of department equipment in accordance with department policies and procedures.

  • We need to conduct all Game conversions, denom changes, machine moves and bank reconfigurations.

  • Assist with the groups machine support and maintenance.

  • All other duties as assigned by the Technical Supervisor.

11. Customer Services Supervisor 角子機服務主任

Job Summary:

  • Verify and pay out all gaming machine hand-pays and jackpots to patrons 

  • Possesses a thorough working knowledge of the various types of slot machines, their functions, malfunctions and payout schedules 

  • Be proactive in explaining how to play the various games 

  • Engage patrons in a positive manner to enhance their gaming experience 

  • Replenish ticket paper in machines 

  • Ensure equipment is maintained in proper working order 

  • Provide minor maintenance of equipment 

  • Maintain a clean and pleasant physical environment for patrons 

  • Oversees the management and duties of the Customer Services Executive 

  • Ensure all company policies concerning the slot operation are followed. 

  • Responsible for securing and balancing any inventories issued. 

  • Respond to the guests’ enquiries regarding the machines within the slot operation including features, terms, symbols and denominations. 

  • Repair and restore minor machine malfunctions including bill jams. 

  • Report any maintenance requirements to the Slot Technicians. 

  • Report any suspicious activity or security threat on the gaming floor to the Supervisors and Management. 

  • Resolve patron disputes 

  • Obtain daily report/log of events of occurrences including jackpots, fills, complaints and suggestions from the Slot Attendants for Management. 

  • Conduct performance appraisals for Customer Services Executive. 

  • Complete daily shift reports of the slot operation. 

  • Report any maintenance requirements to the Slot Technicians.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree, College Degree or equivalent in related field.

  • Alternatively minimum 5 years experiences in Slot Operations in a casino environment,

  • Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin.

  • Basic English speaking skills.
