Assistant Manager, MICE Events - 028897

Position Summary

  • Assistant Manager, MICE Events is responsible for the successful execution of each event at Studio City Macau. From weddings, banquets, and parties to large corporate meetings, the Event Manager will play an important role in the delivery of events as well as the overall satisfaction of our guests.  Reporting to Manager, MICE Events, they will work closely with our sales team to achieve hotel and F&B revenue goals.  They will liaise with corporate accounts, DMC and MICE trade accounts to provide the highest quality service standards, exceed client expectations and generate repeat business.
     

Qualifications

  • Experience working for an integrated resort, hotel or convention center
  • Excellent knowledge of the needs and expectations of clients from Greater China
  • Relationship with major corporate accounts, DMCs and MICE travel agents
  • Excellent knowledge of Delphi
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluency in English required
  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin required

 

Assistant Manager, Casino Promotions and Events - 028889

Position Summary

  • The Assistant Manager, Casino Promotions & Events is responsible for assisting all gaming promotion and event activities in the Casino Marketing department, job duties includes but not limited in planning, organizing and directing of all activities for gaming promotions. Ensure smooth execution of all promotion plans, well control promotion budgets and achieve business expectation and goals set by management.
     

Qualifications

  • Two years or more experiences in gaming marketing field and one year relevant management experience in event and promotion field. 
  • Displays high commitment to improve customer services
  • Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals
  • Encourages people to work as a team
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
  • Degree Holder
  • Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and event management skills with strong customer services orientation
  • Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals

  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
  • Strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin written and verbal skills are essential
  • Experience in Casino Promotions is an advantage
