We are currently seeking experienced, world-class management, administration support, theatrical performers and technicians in the following areas:
 

Human Resources Part Time

Responsible on assisting the operations of the HR Department of Dragone Macau Limited.


Details of the mission to be performed as follows:

  • Assist on work permit administration
  • Assist on accompany employees to the immigration bureau
  • Assist on on boarding arrangements and coordination
  • Assist on documents submission to government departments
  • General administration tasks
  • Create and update of the emergency envelopes
  • Enter data into HR database
  • Staff medical insurance checkup arrangement
  • Ad-hoc assignments as directed by HR team

 

Human Resources Technician

Main purpose of the job : 

The Human Resources Technician reports to the Head of Human Resources. Under the supervison of the Assistant Head of Human Resources and the Senior Human Resources Technician, the Human Resources Technician will be responsible in assisting for the Human Resources activities for Dragone Macau Limited.
 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Working Permit:

  • Submit the immigration package to new employee.
  • Compile necessary documents for work permit application. 
  • Submit work permit applications to labor agency/labor bureau. 
  • Accompany employees to the immigration bureau for finger printing appointments.
  • Assist on the renewal of work permit.
  • Maintain up to date work permit information records.
     

Employee onboarding:

  • Assist on hotel & flight arrangement. 
  • Prepare welcome packs.
  • Liaise with Finance for per-diem & relocation issue.
  • Ensure all HR documentations are ready and sent to new employees prior to their arrival. 
  • Schedule onboarding appointments.
     

Virtual Roster & Time Manager:

  • Create weekly roster for all departments.
  • Prepare weekly reports for overtime & payroll purposes.
  • Leave administration
  • Maintain and generate monthly leave reports.
  • Train eligible employees to Time Manager.
     

Training:

  • Assist on the co-ordination with internal and external parties to develop training programs for employees.
  • Assist on liaise with Department Heads to arrange training schedules for employees.
  • Update and maintain training records and certifications.
     

Recruitment:

  • Place on-line advertisement to specifics websites according to the various departments needs.
  • Maintain the recruitment database up to date and accurate.
  • Screen CVs and dispatch short lists to the relevant Head of Departments.
  • Arrange interviews and reference checks
     

Administration:

  • General administration tasks.
  • Provide general support in the creation and maintenance of employee records and files.
  • Create and update of the emergency envelopes. 
  • Create and maintain accurate and up to date information in HRIS.
  • Update and maintaining HR Filing System.
  • Compile and process both internal & external forms as required.
  • Assist and back up on employees’ insurance program.
  • Staff medical insurance check up arrangement. 
  • Ad-hoc assignments directed by Supervisors.
     

Qualifications : 

  • Certificate related Human Resources discipline
  • University Graduate
  • At least 1 - 2 years Human Resources experience is preferable
  • Familiar with Human Resources procedures
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese (Written, Spoken) is required
  • Fluent on third language is a plus
  • Team Player
  • Flexible on working schedules

 

Senior Human Resources Technician

Main purpose of the job : 

The Senior HR Technician reports to the Head of Human Resources and will be responsible in assisting both the Head of Human Resources and the Assistant Head of Human Resources for the Human Resources activities for Dragone Macau Limited.


Roles and Responsibilities: 

Insurance Program:

  • Assist in the management of Insurance Programs for employees including:
  • Enroll and unsubscribe the employees and their families under the insurance plan.
  • Schedule medical examination for all the employees and their families at commencement of employment.
  • Assist employees with claims made under the medical insurance program as necessary.
  • Report & follow up work related injuries.
  • Prepare the monthly report for insurance claims.
     

Virtual Roster & Time Manager:

  • Create weekly roster for all departments.
  • Prepare weekly reports for overtime & payroll purposes.
  • Input all types of leaves. 
  • Ensure Leave management.
  • Maintain and generate monthly leave reports.
  • Train eligible employees to Time Manager.
     

Recruitment:

  • Place on-line advertisement to specifics websites according to the various departments needs.
  • Maintain the recruitment database up to date and accurate.
  • Answer incoming applicant’s mails.
  • Screen CVs and dispatch short lists to the relevant Head of Departments.
  • Draft the contract.
  • Liaise with HR Technician and Operation Services for staff onboarding.
     

Payroll & Taxation:

  • Execute monthly payroll calculations under the supervision of the Assistant Head of Human Resources.
  • Manage and coordinate, in compliance with Macau Labour taxation regulations the following:
  • Prepare all M2 forms for new employees.
  • Prepare all necessary documents for resigned and terminated employees.
  • Submit all local and expatriate employees taxation issues.
  • Deduct taxes on all taxable benefits and insurance premium contributions.
  • Preparation and remission of tax returns to Macau tax authorities for all employees and obtain tax statements for employees to claim tax credits are applicable.
     

Training:

  • Assist on the co-ordination with internal and external parties to develop training programs for employees.
  • Assist on liaise with Department Heads to arrange training schedules for employees.
  • Update and maintain training records and certifications.


Others:

  • Create and maintain personal data into HRIS system.
  • Update and maintain the HR Filing System.
  • Ad-hoc assignments directed by Head of Human Resources and Assistant Head of Human Resources.
     

Qualifications : 

  • University Degree with a specialization in Human Resources
  • 3-5 years proven HR Experiences
  • Familiar with HR Policies & Procedures
  • Fluency in Cantonese and in English (written, spoken) is required
  • Team Player
  • Flexible
