Store Manager

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead retail team to exceed sales plan and achieve different KPIs
  • Build and deliver Tiffany Retail Excellence with exceptional customer experience
  • Develop clients strategically with ideas and action plans
  • Motivate, train and engage employees for team development and to create a team work environment 
  • Responsible for overall store management and ensure operational effectiveness
  • Support ad-hoc retail projects and assignments assigned by Retail Diretor

Qualification

  • 12+ years of retail sales experience
  • 8+ years at management level in Luxury brand
  • 5+ years experience in Sales Manager role
  • Strong in store operation, sales & service
  • Strong in people management and training experience
  • Result Driven, proactive, excellent in communication and inter personal skills 
  • Strong sense of commitment and store ownership
  • Reliable with strong sense of responsibility 
  • Problem solving ability is required
  • Proficient in Computer literacy
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese a plus
