Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager

JOB SUMMARY
As a Tory Burch Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager, you are the ultimate ambassador of our brand. You’re accountable for creating a highly productive environment in which customers have an extraordinary experience, employees are able to do their best and the business thrives.   • Proficient user of all core systems & technologies

  • Ensure strong partnership with your Retail Manager and other Corporate Partners

  • Be proactive in communicating about product buying & allocation
  • Analyze, interpret & apply data to identify key issues and maximize your business

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines (business or fashion related a plus)
  • For Store Manager role, 10+ years’ experience in a luxury fashion retail operation in Macau, in which at least 6+ years in shop management level or 2+ years as a Store Manager
  • For Assistant Store Manager role, 6+ years’ experience in a luxury fashion retail operation in Macau, in which at least 4+ years in shop management level or at least 2+ years as an Assistant Store Manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Sales driven and goal oriented
  • Proven track record in managing retail boutiques and building up strong sales team with high morale
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Polished and professional
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize and excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a good team player

 

Part Time Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily sales activities and stores’ operations
  • Assist store manager in organizing stock room and supporting back of house by packing/ unpacking shipments
  • Understand and execute core operational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year part time sales experience in Retail industry, preferable in luxury fashion brand
  • Pleasant, outgoing and passion for fashion
  • Highly organized, efficient, works well in fast- paced and team environment
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Flawless execution and follow-through
  • Good command of spoken English , Cantonese and Mandarin

Able to work 3 days per week
