1. Recruiting Manager

Job Description

  • Supervise recruiting personnel to include recruiters and recruiting support staff

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

  • Lead employment branding initiatives and social media recruiting campaigns

  • Manage diversity recruiting initiatives and develop and manage Affirmative Action Plans

  • Oversee sourcing programs for filling open positions and anticipated positions

  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience across all markets

  • Look for Recruiting Events/Job Fairs/Career Fairs and/or help organize On-Site Job Fairs across the markets we serve

  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years Retail Recruiting experience

  • Experience managing diversity recruiting initiatives and developing and managing Affirmative Action Plans

  • Excellent communicator, strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Recruiting Supervisor

2. Project manager

Duties and responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling, designing, and executing of FIT-OUT projects to meet requirement of
    budget and time constraints. 

  • Provides assurance of successful execution of projects and compliance with project
    specifications. 

  • Coordinates projects with contractors, brand principle and landlord

  • Maintains close working relationship and good communications with the user group for each
    project. 

  • Complies with procurement policies and guidelines. 

  • Administrating and maintaining entire project information.

  • Working on project coordination and on site supervision independently

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Engineering, Architecture, Project management or a related field

  • At least 8 years of work related experience and 4 years on Management level

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics

  • Proficient in AUTOCAD, drawing software, MS Office and MS project

  • Ability to work in multitask and to prioritize 

  • Excellent organizational, coordination, communication and Leadership skills

  • Computer literacy and ability to read and understand architectural & engineering drawings
    and specifications 

  • Good analytical capability and problem solving skills

  • Proficiency with office automation tools and facilities management systems

  • Independent, responsible, self-motivated, positive attitude, willing to learn and work in team

  • Experience of project management in Casino / Hotel Resort/retail development or construction will be preferred

  • Less experience/ skills candidate will consider as assistant project manager

3. Marketing Assistant Manager

Job Description

  • Communicate with brand manager, mall manager or other relate parties before set up the promotion plan

  • Promotion planning for difference fashion brand

  • Event or activities for branding

Requirement

  • Degree holder in marketing or related disciplines

  • 3-5 years relevant experience, with keen interests on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Sina Weibo, etc

  • Fashion retail industry experience is plus

  • Excellent written and communication skills in both Chinese and English

  • Detail oriented, proactive and independent

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive

  • Follow the retail manager direction to arrange frontline training materials, such as after training examination, brand, store management training.

  • Analysis monthly KPI by store, and provide weekly top sales and store sales ranking.

  • To collect all the sic submit materials align in one format, such as action plan, staff training plan.


15. 品牌主管 Brand Supervisor (Location Office)

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights

  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives

  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates


16. 品牌專員 Brand Executive (Location Office)

  • Work independently with limited supervision from the manager to provide implementation/analytical/administrative support to Digital/Brand Communications teams

  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with teams/functions/vendors to implement the assigned communications/branding programs/campaigns


17. 品牌助理 Brand Associate (Location Office)

  • To generate and assist the periodical reports for sales analysis

  • To provide clerical support and assist team in all merchandising routine functions

  • Any other ad hoc duties as required


18. 項目工程師 Project Engineer

  • Assist to lead and supervise Installation/ Modernization team in carrying out the project plan

  • Ensure completion on project schedule and compliance to contract requirement

  • Outdoor site checking for progress of renovation and new projects

  • Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress

  • Communicate with consultant, contractor of the project for the company products and site issues

20. MIS System Specialist

  • Support daily IT operations, system maintenance, administration and documentation

  • Take initiation on trouble-shooting and problem solving


21. MIS Technical Specialist

  • Troubleshoot network hardware and software

  • Provide Helpdesk technical support

  • On-site system installation


22. 會計文員 Accounting Clerk

  • 每週固定核對店鋪收款情況

  • 每週根據日報表和銀行流水核對自收銀店鋪的現金和各類收款

  • 能按時完成帳目及銀行所有收入的核對,確認帳目的準確性及準時性。

  • Prepare meeting / business trip appointments and arrangements, and send remainders to relevant parties
