Guest Relations Officer

Responsibility:

  • To assist Director for the daily duties, VIP greeting, Media tour, etc;

  • Manage the whole department’s administration works;

  • Greet VIP and escort them to Macau Tower;

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complains, by coordinating with internal department;

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team for daily event, ensure proper and VIP treatment to all clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Facilities Management Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:


A. Supervision

  • Supervise and co-ordinate with Management, Security and Cleaning Team Members.

  • Advise and assist in resolving complaints.

  • Allocate duties to the Management, Security and Cleaning Team Members.

  • Assist in training of the Management, Security and Cleaning Team Members

  • Supervise the performance of contractors and report the same to the Property Manager and Assistant or Assistant Property Manager.

  • Monitor inventory of the Facilities Management Division.

B. Routine Patrol / Inspection

  • Carry out general inspection of all managed areas.

  • Check and inspect any non-conforming use and unauthorized fittings.

  • Communicate with the Technical Team for necessary repairs.

  • Follow up Repair Orders with the Technical Team.

  • Prepare circulars / letters whenever necessary.

C. Cleaning Supervision

  • Supervise & monitor the works of the in-house cleaning crews.

  • Convene coordination meetings periodically with Cleaning Contractors to discuss and resolve problems,

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire building to a high standard.

  • Supervise pest control works.

D. Community / Relations

  • Interview of visitors and tenants to cultivate goodwill.

  • Assist tenants in solving management problem.

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Department and Events Division.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduated or above.

  • At least 1 year related work experience.

  • Knowledge and experience in Property Management.

  • Good leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong in administration and planning.

Fire & Safety Officer

Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist to follow up specialist training in the fields of fire, safety and rigging;

  • Communicate with all departments and external parties related to hygiene and safety systems of Macau Tower Convention and Exhibition Center. 

  • Perform inspection checks regarding the fire, safety and hygiene matters of Macau Tower Convention and Exhibition Center. 



Job Requirements:

  • Degree holders in related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply;

  • Knowledge and experience in safety management is preferred;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Self-motivated and energetic; 

  • Good command in spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English;

  • Computer knowledge skills for email, internet, MS Office, etc.

Business Development Manager

Duties

  • Create, develop concept presentations for new products, events or services to attract and increase all revenue centers of Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre

  • Pursue strategic opportunities for a particular business or organization such as Ping An etc

  • Cultivate partnerships or other commercial relationships

  • Coordinate with other affiliated / non-affiliated companies to create new products / services

  • Work with Group Marketing, Corporate Communications and E-Commerce to market, promote the products of Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Centre

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years’ experience at managerial level in Business Development related industry

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, production methods, effectively plan and delegate the work and train of others

  • Skill in monitoring the performance of others or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action

  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

  • Willing to travel on business trips when needed

Event Planner

Location: Macau

Reports to: Area Manager

Responsibilities

  • Meet & exceed the annual sales target: The Event Planner shall reach and exceed the annual sales target.

  • Generate pitches: The Event Planner shall generate pitches for new projects by 1) maintaining close relationships with existing clients and 2) developing new clients opportunities.

  • Converting pitches into actual sales: The Event Planner shall work closely with the agency teams (creative strategist, design, production, talents & Marcom) to build presentations and budgets in order to close sales. The overall look of the presentation and the quality of the wording are as essential as the creativity and thoroughness of the content to differentiate Riviera from its competitors.

  • Project production overall management: Once projects are signed the Event Planner will hand-over them to the Project & Talent Management teams. However, the Event Planner will keep overseeing the production and guarantee the clients agreed-on expectations are met. Once the project is finished, the Event Planner will take over again and sell the following events to the client.

  • Manage Business Development interns: The Event Planner should manage the hiring and training of the Business Development interns.

運營策劃、培訓講師

工作職責:

  • 配合公司完成營銷策劃方案、培訓課件及各級運營商的培訓課件的編寫;

  • 組織公司日常培訓課程的組織策劃、執行和演講;

  • 統計跟進代理商及運營的訂單管理及銷售數據統計分析;

  • 公司日常業績考核及日常對賬工作;

  • 跟進各運營代表的需求,出差到各地進行各級運營商的培訓落地工作;

  • 根據公司銷售戰略,組織銷售培訓工作;

任職要求:

  • 大專學歷以上,金融或市場營銷專業優先;

  • 具備較強的文字功底,精通PPT/EXCEL/WORD等常用工具使用;

  • 能獨立完成會議營銷的全案策劃、執行和演講;

  • 講課風格生動、輕鬆活潑,有一定的主持經驗,善於把控提示現場氣氛,互動性強,有親和力,感染力,臨場經驗豐富;

  • 執行力強,做事情有條理、有規劃,能夠將銷售數據做成可溯源的數據鏈;

  • 職業形象佳,能適應出差;

  • 有參與各式培訓工作經驗者優先;

市場部負責人

任職要求:

  • 本科或以上,需金融、經濟、市場營銷、管理等相關專業

  • 具有5年以上金融行業營銷管理從業經驗,熟悉金融交易、債權投資、私募基金、信託計劃、財富管理的運作模式;

  • 具有證券、銀行、信託、保險等金融機構業務部門負責人經驗者,以及擁有豐富市場人脈資源者優先;

  • 具有優秀的組織能力,市場策劃能力,語言表達能力及溝通談判能力;具有較強承壓能力,適應出差;

  • 英語、普通話、廣東話熟練,具有良好的聽、說、讀、寫能力。

Administrative Officer

Responsibilities

  • Support the office administrative functions and ensure with smooth operations

  • Assist the marketing administration support. Eg. quotation preparation and follow up

  • Manage relationship with vendors and suppliers

  • Ensure the filing system are maintained

Qualifications

  • High diploma or related discipline

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience of office administration

  • Good team player, and independent

  • Strong in communication with different levels

  • Excellent use of MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint

  • For Macau resident only
