Part-time Customer Service at BESPOKE Lounge:

Supporting full-time staff to provide a smooth and seamless experience in BESPOKE Lounge
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding mall promotions, services or complaints
Assist with points registration for our members
Update CRM logs for customer status
Serving F&B in lounge.
Assist with BESPOKE Event in Lounge (e.g., Wine event/ Pets event/ skin care workshop)

Part-time Helper for 2/F Play&Chill Zone:

Job Description:

Clearly introduce game terms, gameplay, and activity rules to visitors in the game and Chill Zone.
Assist customers with prize redemption, registration and record keeping.
Assist and guide customers in using photo booths, providing simple instructions on taking and printing photos.
Keep the workstation clean and organized, and cooperate with on-site arrangements

Requirements:

Age 18–45, male or female, presentable appearance.
Hair color: black / dark brown only; no dyeing, no gelled hairstyles, and no gel nail.
Outgoing personality, good communication skills, customer-oriented with a friendly smile.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for daily communication.
Please bring: a white shirt, black dress pants, and black dress shoes.
