Reservation Agent

Job Description

  • To handle telephone inquiries, to confirm reservations and to input into the computer system.

  • To maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner in all guest liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone.

  • To handle all computer input, manual filing procedures and statistical information relevant to reservations.

Job Specification

  • University graduate or above.

  • Good communications skills, both spkoen and written.

  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Able to work on shift.

Hotel Sales Assistant

Job Description

  • Make regular calls on clients to ensure they are satisfied and keep aware of their latest planning

  • Obtain marketing information, comments and leads from clients and competitors and report to Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager for necessary action

  • Forward weekly to Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager for on hand meeting, Incentives Convention and Events Report, Sales Call Report and Activities Report

  • Keep clients advised of latest information regarding Hotel

  • Work closely with the Banquet Manager on all technical and specialized Food & Beverage banquet questions as requested by clients

Job Specification

Sales Executive of Rooms

Job Description

  • Coordinate with Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing Manager in preparing and executing regular direct emailing campaigns which stimulate local / Hong Kong interest in the Hotel’s facilities, special events etc.

  • Analyses monthly reports submitted by Sales Assistant and prepare consolidated report for Vice President of Sales.

  • Conduct Sales activities daily, such as, sales calls, telemarketing with set target.

  • Conduct market survey from time to time for strategy planning.

  • Participate in Travel Fair / Expo organized locally.

Marketing & Communications Manager

Job Description:

  • Be responsible for leading the marketing projects from planning to execution in order to enhance the brand image as well as increasing brand awareness of the company’s properties in the targeted markets.

  • Develop, manage and execute marketing projects / plans based on the given marketing budget, and ensure that the delivery meets with the timelines, costs, quality and standards.

  • Work closely with the internal business units and retail tenants to create promotional plans, and to maintain a good leverage between the marketing resources and budgets.

  • Work closely with the internal users and external production partners on designs and productions. Also, supervise and manage the external partners to ensure the quality of projects and that they are delivered within budgets and timelines.

  • Provide brand guidance for all internal and external users to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

  • Prepare pre-and-post reports on the projects for evaluation.

Job Specification:

  • Holder of degree in marketing, media studies, or communications studies; major in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English or a similar area is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of Marketing

  • Excellent knowledge on major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat and Weibo, etc.

  • Proactive and highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong time management and planning skills, as well as a proven ability to multitask

  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and presentation skills

Job Description:

  • Greet and meet guests in the lobby

  • Handle minor complaints

  • Check-in / out of the VIP, Suite guest

  • Co-ordinate with the Duty Manager in assigning rooms for VIPs and pre-registered guests

  • Take initiative to assist / or solve disputes between guests / associate and report irregularities to the Duty Manager when necessary
