餐飲服務員

職位描述:

  • 向所有客人提供熱情友好的歡迎。

  • 根據專業要求,擺設餐桌,並確保餐桌保持清潔。

  • 帶領客人到完全擺好的餐桌,並有效控制客人流量。

  • 向客人提供直接服務,包括但不限於為客人點餐、餐桌服務、餐桌清潔、安排坐位等職責。

  • 與客人建立並保持友好關係。

  • 擦拭和重新檢查器皿及餐具,並補充乾淨的餐具以供應用。

  • 負責提供拋光、清洗器皿,及注滿器皿。

  • 適當使用及更換布草。

  • 如果發生投訴,按既定程序處理,並立即通知上級有關客人的投訴。

職位需求:

  • 中學畢業或以上。

  • 具相關經驗者優先。

  • 具基本的餐飲知識。

  • 操流利廣東話及普通話,及基本英語對話。

  • 吃苦耐勞、和藹可親、有禮貌、有耐性。

餐廳經理

職位描述:

  • 監督並協助餐廳里所有員工向客人提供個性化的服務,以確保客人得到全面及高效率的服務。

  • 監督餐廳的收銀記錄及餐飲成本。

  • 為員工制定儀容標准,並檢查員工的個人儀表及衛生。

  • 檢查每條規則及程序的正確性,並指導及監督員工確保其遵循特定的服務程序。

  • 接納客人的意見及投訴,並處理突發情況。如遇緊急情況,需及時向上級匯報。

  • 多與客人溝通並維持良好的關係,拓展交際圈。

職位需求:

  • 中學畢業或以上。

  • 具有餐飲服務之技能及知識

  • 具至少 3 年的餐飲服務主任及管理之經驗。

  • 能夠根據需要準備營運報告。

  • 操流利廣東話及普通話,懂英文優先。

  • 有領導能力、負責任的、積極的、有耐性。
