具備4年或以上相關工作經驗 ，2年或以上管理經驗 (具時尚服裝經驗者優先考慮)
帶領店舖團隊達到每月的銷售目標
督導員工工作，培訓新入職員工
優秀的溝通技巧，主動積極，有責任感及能獨立自律工作
良好粵語、英語及普通話
良好PC技能
