Human Resources Executive

Job Duties:

  • Prepare the recruitment advertisement and job posting in recruitment channel
  • Scan CV and interview the candidates
  • Shortlist the candidates for further interview by Hiring Department
  • Maintain HR records as well as HRIS system
  • Coordinate HR training/workshop
  • Provide advice to the department heads and staff in difficult situations
  • Other ad hoc projects and assigned tasks


  • Degree holder with at least 5 years experiences in HR fields
  • Well organized
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sensitive with figures, detail-minded
  • Good command in spoken English and Chinese is a must
  • Proficient in computer software
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision


Visual Merchandiser

Job Duties:

  • Plan and execute window and in-store merchandising in line with the spirit and values of the House
  • Maintain and update the instructions and guidelines, distribute to each store in order to align the brand image at same level
  • Provide training to sales staff and working partners on corporate philosophy and VM concept
  • Manage in-store display with clear filing system
  • Responsible for regular window set-up and in-store re-merchandising
  • Control and update budget of shop display expenses
  • Store flower arrangement and report
  • Assist on seasonal window setups
  • Monthly in-store photo report and review
  • Ad hoc visual duties


  • Tertiary education or above in visual, fashion, interior design or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years VM experience in high end fashion industry
  • Creative with good fashion sense and color sense
  • With effective merchandising presentation
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Good team player
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Must have drafting skills with knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop and Illustrator


Sales Associate


  • Minimum 2 years relevant retail management or operation experience in luxury brand, high-end fashion, jewelry and watch retailing industry or in similar capacity
  • Energetic, pleasant and passionate
  • Excellent in customer service and communication skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin


Operations Executive

Job Duties:

  • Invoice cost and retail price checking for the incoming shipment
  • Assist in stock write off and stock transfer between Hong Kong and Macau
  • Issue debit note and credit note for goods transfer between Hong Kong and Macau
  • Prepare stock take documents and assist in retail stores’ stock take
  • Assist stores for mini stock take
  • Prepare new price list and new price labels for price change
  • Price update in system
  • Prepare daily validation summary to Finance department


  • Tertiary education
  • With relevant working experience in retail industry is preferred
  • Independent, attentive to details, highly organized and a team player with strong communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate, especially in excel
