Administrative Executive (Ref. No: #0019)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general clerical and administrative duties
  • Prepare contract for assigned projects
  • Maintain an updated filing system and ensure the confidentiality and security of records, files and information
  • Assist in budget coordination and handle simple accounting tasks
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years working experience in administrative positions
  • Good communications and analyzes skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Well-organized, mature and responsible
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill in English and Chinese; good command in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Well-versed in computer skills (Work & Excel is a must)

 

Finance Executive (Ref. No: #0016)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-set accounts
  • Responsible for the daily HR & Financial operations and services
  • Prepare the accurate, reliable and timely financial management and regulatory report in timely manner
  • Deal with external auditor, bankers and government department etc.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll on a timely basis
  • Deal with the claims of medical/ hospital insurance for all staffs
  • Apply for the quota of non-resident workers or renewal
  • Ad hoc assignments as required by management
     

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in financial & HR field
  • Familiar with Macau Labour Relations Law is a must
  • Strong Communications and interpersonal skills
  • A team leader who is able to work independently and under pressure
  • Well-organized, mature, self motivated and responsible
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in MS Office and strong knowledge in using MYOB system
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel andPowerPoint)
