We are a Macau-based Event & Marketing company which provides event logistic & coordination on wide range of event services such as grand opening, gala dinner and conference. We are now seeking high-caliber candidates to join our team. Our Company is looking for  

Public Relations Coordinator

  • Client servicing by providing prompt and clear communications
  • Formulating and implementing PR & hospitality planning, event logistics, risk planning & management
  • Coordinate communications between team members
  • Coordinate with vendors and requesting for quotations according to different aspects of each project
  • Participate in creative brainstorming to generate ideas for clients 
  • Responsible for drafting MC script and media release


  • Minimum of 2 year experience in event management or related fields
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management or related field
  • Strong Communications and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who is able to work independently and under pressure
  • Well-organized, mature and responsible
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)


Administration Executive

  • Responsible for general clerical and administrative duties 
  • Prepare contract for assigned projects
  • Maintain an updated filing system and ensure the confidentiality and security of records, files and information
  • Assist in budget coordination and handle simple accounting tasks


  • Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years working experience in administrative positions
  • Good communications / analysis skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Well-organized, mature and responsible
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments as required
  • Proactively partner with marketing & project teams to build & improve relationship with internal & external clients 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill in English and Chinese; good command in Putonghua would be an advantage
  • Well-versed in computer skills (Word & Excel is a must)
