Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
Support the maintenance, software upgrades, installation and customer training of cash automation machines
Gather machine information to monitor system performance
Escalate technical issues and perform troubleshooting as advised
Report to Line Manager for any system issues and feedback from customers
Complete the assigned technical training for all machines (hardware, software, system included)
Requirement:
Macau ID cardholder only
At least 1-year relevant experience; background with system support will be advantage
Able to work at various customer sites (e.g. financial, gaming, retail, etc.)
Self-disciplined and work with minimal supervision; a good team player
Good command in MS Excel, PPT, Word
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
驗鈔機技術員
職責：
支援驗鈔機的維修、軟件升級、安裝及進行顧客培訓
收集機件數據以監察系統運作表現
呈報技術問題及按指引實行解決方案
向上級匯報系統問題及顧客回饋
完成公司安排的技術培訓以應付各類機件 (包括硬件、軟件、系統)
條件：
只張澳門身份證持有者
最少一年相關經驗，有支援系統經驗者更佳
需要到不同行業的客戶場所工作 (例如金融、遊樂、零售等等)
自律、能於少量監督下工作；在團體中能與他人合作
掌握 MS Excel, PPT, Word的使用
工作時間：
星期一至五 : 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (包括一小時午膳時間)
