Technician – IT focus
Perform system installation & repair regularly
Study and testing existing cash machine software system and tools.
Installation of all software’s required in sales activities to customers.
Second tier support, provides technical support to field engineers, technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing in software system
Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs.
Hands-on experience in system configuration and troubleshooting would definitely be an advantage
Communicate with customer about system maintenance
Macau ID card holder only
Higher Diploma holder or above in IT related disciplines
At least 2 years IT working experience
Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL database, basic networking
Polite, punctual and can work independently at customer site
Good communication and presentation skills to customers
Able to identify customer’s needs; analyze and provide solutions
WORKING LOCATION: Edf. Finance and IT Center 8H, Avenida Doutor Mário Soares de Macau
OFFICE HOUR: 9:30AM – 5:30PM (including 1 hour lunch break) Mon - Fri, Sat phone standby morning shift ( around every 2 months requires 1 time, phone call standby at home, urgent case on site support )
