Technician Leader

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures reactive and planned service calls, remedial works and maintenance visits are carried out efficiently, effectively and in accordance with company policy to meet client satisfactions

  • Provides technical advice/assistance to engineers and clients including site visits as and when required

  • Fosters and maintains good client relationships

  • Perform system installation & repair regularly

  • Study and testing existing cash machine software system and tools.

  • Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs.

  • Acts as a first point of contact with the customer to resolve escalations

  • Other ad-hoc projects and duties to meet the needs of the business

REQUIREMENT

  • Macau ID card holder only

  • Possessing at least 5 years’ experience gained from within a service-led organisation

  • Able to identify customer’s needs; analyze and provide solutions; Good fault finding and troubleshooting abilities; is proactive in identifying cause and effect.

  • Has strong business/commercial acumen with first class attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, combined with the ability to make formal presentations (internally and externally)

  • Interacts effectively with staff at all levels within the organization to gain the respect and co-operation of resources; customer-oriented and politically sensitive

  • Demonstrated ability to meet key deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Hands-on as necessary, otherwise can step up to provide effective leadership when needed

  • Less experienced will also be considered as Technician / Assistant Technician Leader

WORKING LOCATION: Edf. Finance and IT Center 8H, Avenida Doutor Mário Soares de Macau

OFFICE HOUR: 9:30AM – 5:30PM (including 1 hour lunch break) Mon - Fri, Sat phone standby morning shift ( around every 2 months requires 1 time, phone call standby at home, urgent case on site support )

Technician

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform system installation & repair regularly

  • Study and testing existing cash machine software system and tools.

  • Installation of all software’s required in sales activities to customers.

  • Second tier support, provides technical support to field engineers, technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing in software system

  • Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs.

  • Hands-on experience in system configuration and troubleshooting would definitely be an advantage

  • Communicate with customer about system maintenance

REQUIREMENT

  • Macau ID card holder only

  • Higher Diploma holder or above in IT related disciplines

  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in machine installation, testing

  • Polite, punctual and can work independently at customer site

  • Good communication and presentation skills to customers

  • Able to identify customer’s needs; analyze and provide solutions
