銀娛與勞工事務局合作推出「銀娛菁英發展計劃」，以“先入職、後培訓”方式，提供一系列有關綜合娛樂服務範籌的專業培訓及事業發展機會，藉此協助有意投身綜合旅遊休閒服務業的澳門居民發展職涯和推動向上流動，快速拓展職業生涯。
