Admin Clerk (3-Month Contract)
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing and scanning documents.
Accurately input data and maintain up-to-date records in the database.
Handle hotline inquiries.
Perform outdoor tasks such as collecting and delivering mail and documents.
Conduct various clerical tasks, including document verification and data entry.
Perform any Ad-Hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
Macau Permanent Resident.
Form 5 graduate or higher.
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Attention to detail, quick responsiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Students, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Immediate availability is preferred.
