1. 宴會助理銷售經理 Assistant Catering Sales Manager

工作時間：每天9小時，含用餐時間1小時。（需配合活動安排靈活調配，周末及公眾假期如有活動需到場監督）
職位要求：
具備3年以上高星級酒店宴會銷售或會議活動統籌經驗，擁有穩固的本地及區域企業客戶網絡；
精通宴會銷售全流程，包括客戶開發、提案策劃、合約簽訂、活動執行及後續跟進，能獨立完成銷售目標；
擅長與客戶溝通，能準確理解客戶需求，並協調內部部門（廚房、宴會服務、工程等）確保活動順利執行；
具備優秀的組織與應變能力，能同時管理多個活動項目，並妥善處理現場突發情況；
熟悉酒店系統（如Opera, Shiji）及辦公軟件，能準備專業的銷售方案與報告。
語言/學歷：
流利粵語、普通話及英語（書寫及會話），能用英語進行商務洽談及方案撰寫；
專科或以上學歷，酒店管理、市場營銷、商務管理或相關專業優先。
2. 收益經理或助理收益經理

工作時間：9：00-18：00, 含用餐時間1小時。周休一天。
職位要求：3年以上酒店預訂或銷售經驗，熟悉使用Opera PMS和Site Minder，需有OTA渠道管理經驗。
語言/學歷：專科或以上學歷（酒店管理、市場營銷、商務英語優先）／流利英語、普通話、粵語
3. 預定部經理
招聘人數：1名
性別/年齡：男女均可/45歲以下
工作時間：每天9小時（含用餐時間1小時），需輪班，周休一天
職位要求：3年以上酒店預訂經驗，熟悉使用Opera PMS和Channel Manager，具有OTA渠道管理經驗優先。
語言/學歷：專科及以上學歷（酒店管理、市場營銷、商務英語優先）/ 流利英語、普通話、粵語
4. 助理房務總監 Assistant Director of Rooms
招聘人數：1名
性別/年齡：男女均可/45歲以下
工作時間：每天9小時（含用餐時間1小時），需輪班，周休一天。
職位要求：
需具備5年以上四星級或以上酒店前堂部工作經驗。
精通酒店運營系統（如 Opera PMS），熟練使用微軟辦公軟件（Word, Excel, Power BI等）進行數據分析和報告製作；
能建立並監督SOP，制定服務標準；
能獨立處理緊急情況；
擅長處理各項投訴；
負責排班、培訓等工作。
語言/學歷：酒店管理、旅遊管理或相關專業本科及以上學歷／流利英語、普通話、粵語
