Data Input Intern

Internship Location: Macau

Department: Logistics

Responsibilities:

  • Do accurate data filing for the team

  • Prepare reports such as invoice summary and shipment advice

  • Perform good receipt on system on time

  • Perform administration work for the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, English, Administration related, Student is preferred;

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, power point;

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Good communication skill, Team worker;

  • Can work 3-5 days per week.

Intern

Internship Location: Macau

Salary Range: MOP $6,000 – $8,000

Department: Logistics, Administration, Finance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, English, Administration, Finance related, Student is preferred;

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Good communication skill, Team worker;

  • Can work 3 - 5 days per week.

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage direct import orders for accounts in one business unit. More complex order / larger national accounts for Senior Officer

  • Provide professional information service to sales and customer

  • Become one point of contact and coordinate with internal team effectively

  • Coordinate different internal parties to solve problems to fulfil customer request

  • Maintain proper price list and customer databases

  • Responsible for high performance On-Time Delivery and Order Response Time for Direct Import orders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain/Operations/Business Administration

  • At least 2 years working experience with relevant industry/function.

  • Working knowledge of ERP system and Customer Service (Knowledge in Oracle system is an advantage)

  • Familiar with PC and Microsoft Application especially Excel and Word document

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)

  • Good team player and communication skill

Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing FP&A daily operation, including reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting

  • Monitors and reports the financial performance of strategic sourcing on monthly basis, identify variances from budget & forecast and identify opportunity for efficiencies

  • Be the finance focal point for sourcing leadership on support and drive result based on analytics and targets

  • Support business initiatives and projects by providing professional advice from finance perspective

  • Review and continuously improve FP&A processes to ensure efficiency under evolving business environment

  • Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs and initiatives; solicit, evaluate and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Analyze financial information including comparison of actual results to budget/forecast and analysis of key financial metrics and trends.

  • Assure compliance of Budget to guarantee quality information, provide guidance, maintain communication and build strong relationships with business partners while assisting in the forecast process, communicate expectations and reinforce due dates

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in regional accounting/finance/FP&A role in multinational company, prefer with consumer electronic field (MNC is preferred)

  • University degree in Accounting or finance related

  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling and communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal relationships to achieve business unit objectives

  • Critical and strategic thinking, proactive and organisational

  • Experience partnering with senior leader on planning and strategic decisions

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

  • Frequent travels between Macau, Hong Kong, Shenzhen offices is required
