Pearl Bay Development Authority of Guangzhou Nansha New Area (hereinafter referred to as the Pearl Bay Development Authority) is established in accordance with the "Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of the Pearl Bay Development Authority of Guangzhou Nansha New Area" (People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality Order No. 151), under the leadership of the Administrative Committee of Nansha Development Zone and the Nansha District People's Government. Job Responsibilities 職位簡介：

Organize the preparation of various plans in the area and organize their implementation;
Organize the development planning of the area and sort out the development strategy of the area;
Organize the preparation of various special plans in the region;
Organize the demonstration of planning conditions for important areas, important lots, and landmark key public building projects in the region;
Responsible for formulating land transfer conditions and carrying out land use approval;
Coordinate related business work with other management departments;
Cooperate with the completion of the relevant work of the department.
