Assistant Manager / Senior Specialist, Partner (Human) Resources – Starbucks Macau

Reporting to Head of Partner (Human) Resources, you will be responsible for:

  • Work with operations to determine staffing needs including but not limited to new store openings and monitoring the headcount budget. Formulate recruitment campaigns and retention strategies to address current and future needs.

  • Build an effective employer brand to attract talents via direct and indirect recruitment channels

  • Keep track the recruitment KPI to meet the expectation of internal client and performance pledge

  • Perform in-store assessment; performance evaluations and quality checking in a regular basis

  • Enhance staff relations and communication channels through face-to-face dialogue; and represents the company in government relation matters.

  • Provide efficient on site employee services, e.g. addressing enquiries on HR matters, etc.

  • Assist on market data research to keep abreast of market intelligence to ensure company competitiveness

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating the Company recreational activities as and when applicable

  • Prepare a variety of management reports, analysis and statistics for management’s reference

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business related disciplines

  • 6-year experience as Human Resources generalist with emphasis in recruiting & staffing functions; minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Good influencing skills with hands-on exposure in handling all-rounded HR functions preferably in fast moving industry.

  • Analytical, good team member and energetic.

  • Occasionally travel to Hong Kong is required

  • 確保分店大堂保持清潔;
