Role Summary:
The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in the setup and strategic planning of financial matters in the Cargo Terminal Logistics Center in Hengqin promoted by CAM. 基建項目 / Infrastructure Project

  • 負責項目設計,在公司的大型基建項目設計階段,了解各用家及維修部門的要求,包括水處理工藝、機電設備、自動化系統、保安監控系統等等,與設計公司進行協調,並對工藝方案、工藝導圖以及設備選型等設計文件進行審核;

  • 進行公司内部的中、小型基建項目設計,包括工藝改造以及大型設備的更換等設計工作;

  • 解決施工現場的問題,包括土建及設備安裝施工圖的會審,工程的技術監督以及施工現場職業健康、安全及環境的監督,以達到安全施工及滿足設計要求;

  • 負責項目管理,統籌基建項目的組織及管理,計劃項目的進度及所有協調工作,包括設備調試的組織協調,工程的峻工驗收以及竣工圖則及文件的整理。

工程師 – 管網科

供水營運 / Operations

  • 執行管網工程的準備工作,工程現場勘查、管線設計、標書文件、準照申請;

  • 進行管網工程的施工工作,定期暫量監察、工地的職安健管理、交通事務管理、承判商管理;

  • 工程相關的紀錄及歸檔工作,如清單錄入、物料校對、竣工核算及繪圖工作;

  • 與客戶溝通及協調相關的供水計劃書及信函回覆等工作;

  • 為管網工程或規劃提供專業的技術意見;

  • 與各部門科組及跨部門保持良好協調溝通,參與對外對內的工程會議,確保運行不受影響;

首選技能:

  • 大學畢業,主修土木工程等相關專業;
