財務部 - 會計文員 (應收)

薪酬：澳門幣 16,000.00 - 20,000.00

及時、準確、完整地處理應收帳款和城市分類帳 (City ledger) 中的所有費用，以增加流動性並減少飯店的壞帳風險；
負責管理客人、旅行社、信用卡公司、飯店間、業主、聯營公司及其他人員的應收帳款。管理包括但不限於驗證交易來源、證明檔、根據需要發送借項單或提醒、收款、過帳和帳齡分析；
核實從部門轉移的所有應收帳款均已在客人結帳/活動結束時透過適當且完整的證明檔或授權進行結算；
遵守與應收帳款和信用政策相關的所有標準作業程式 (SOP)；
履行指派的其他職責以滿足業務需求
