Job Responsibilities and Descriptions：
Liaise and coordinate with user departments to elicit business requirements, translate operational needs into clear system specifications, and support IT project implementation, testing and documentation.);
Manage system vendors and maintenance contractors, oversee system support, fault resolution and maintenance services, and ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, company policies and standards;
Plan and manage the full lifecycle of IT systems, including system planning, deployment, operation, upgrade, maintenance and decommissioning, and maintain accurate system inventory, diagrams and operational documentation;
Assist in system security assessments, risk mitigation and infrastructure monitoring, respond to security incidents, review technical documents, and ensure stable, secure and compliant system operation.
Requirements：
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent fields;
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT system support, vendor coordination or system administration;
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills when interacting with internal teams and external vendors;
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Electrical Engineer (Ref. 224/2026)
Job Responsibilities and Descriptions:
Implementation of maintenance activities and ensuring the application of good maintenance standards, regulations and practices, as well as, the inspection and control of the Maintenance Service Contractors, logistic analysis and development of studies.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering;
Familiar with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software for specific engineering field, and testing & measuring techniques is preferred.
Familiar with electrical practices and installations such as and regulations, HV installation, power plant and generator set, power distribution and network etc.;
Good command of English and Chinese and another language, such as Portuguese is preferred;
Good capability on supervisory skills and analytical skills;
Quality and Environmental Awareness;
At least 1 year but preferably with 2-3 years of engineering and maintenance experience as field engineer or in the aviation industry or equivalent scale industry.
