資訊科技專員

主要職責

1. 日常 IT 技術支援與終端管理

• 負責機構內部的日常 IT Helpdesk 技術支援，快速回應並解決機構的電腦軟硬件問題、操作系統（Windows / macOS / Linux）及各類辦公軟件與業務系統故障。

• 負責日常辦公設備（電腦、印表機、影印機、掃描儀、辦公電話等）的安裝、設定、常規維護與報修。

• 負責企業郵箱、OA/ERP 系統、通訊軟件的用戶賬號日常管理、權限分配及新員工入職 IT 培訓。

2. 網絡與通訊基礎設施日常維護

3. 各類智能系統日常維護與支援

主要職責

職位要求：

• 必須持有澳門居民身份證；

• 具大學學歷，不限科系；翻譯科系畢業、有相關工作經驗或通過專業考試者優先；

• 外語理解能力佳，中文表達能力優異。

工作內容：

• 負責外語節目之中文字幕翻譯。

薪俸、權利及福利：
