澳門國際碳排放權交易所（簡稱“澳碳所MEX”）於2024年10月30日正式掛牌成立，是由國際領先的投資機構雲鋒基金牽頭成立的環境金融交易平臺。澳碳所旨在通過領先的信息化技術和產品標準，將全球氣候相關產品及機遇連接起來，為中國銜接國際環境產品市場提供創新解決方案。澳碳所依託澳門連接四大洲葡語系國家的優勢，搭建聯通中外、服務全球的國際氣候合作橋樑紐帶，提供滿足可持續發展績效的碳信用、綠色能源證書等環境產品的篩選、交易、託管及交收、抵消服務。此外，澳碳所通過連結境內外綠色產業，構建便利化互聯互通的跨境綠色資產交易通道，將全球優質綠色資產與市場需求精准對接。澳碳所還將利用區塊鏈和AI技術實現各類綠色產品規範化透明化管理，確保使用者極致便捷交易體驗的同時，為其提供高品質淨零解決方案。
綜合行政經理
負責完成公司各項制度體系建設、組織運營、風控體系建設及公司文化建設；
負責公司人員招聘、薪酬績效、員工福利體系、各類人才培養計畫等人事工作；
負責完成編制公司年度預算、各項活動預算，並控制費用在預算內執行；對財務工作有一定瞭解，能分析財務數據；
負責統籌和組織各類會議活動、子公司及社團組織籌備設立相關事務並撰寫方案檔等；
負責公司各類通知撰寫發佈、資料歸檔、內部流程建設優化、票據報銷、辦公室管理等行政後勤工作；
負責公司媒體對接，協助公眾號運營管理，提升公司影響力。
任職要求：
教育背景：本科及以上學歷，行政、人力資源、財務、金融等相關專業，具有人力或財務等相關專業證書者優先；
工作經驗：5年以上能源或金融等相關領域公司綜合管理經驗，有交易場所或碳交易相關從業經歷優先；
技能要求：具備較強的組織運營、人力資源管理、財務管理能力，具備較好的文字撰寫能力和溝通協調能力，具有良好的風險管控能力和英語聽說讀寫能力；
其他要求：具有負責或參與過公司設立、統籌組織大型活動經驗者優先；
個人特質：具備較強的統籌管理能力、自驅力及出色的組織協調能力，能適應快速變化的環境和承受較大的工作壓力。
