嵌入式軟件工程師（控制方向）

主要職責

• 基於STM32F407芯片的嵌入式軟件開發，負責伺服電機控制系統的設計、開發與調試；

• 實現電機三環控制（位置環、速度環、電流環）算法的開發與參數整定，優化系統動態性能；

• 開發CAN總線、串口（UART/USART）等通信模塊，實現設備間數據交互及協議解析（如CANopen、Modbus等）；

• 配合硬件團隊完成驅動電路調試，解決軟硬件協同問題；

• 編寫技術文檔，包括設計方案、測試報告、用戶手冊等；

• 參與產品全生命周期開發，支持量產及後續迭代優化。

主要職責

• 負責伺服控制產品的上位機後台軟件開發和維護工作，根據客戶需求完善上位機功能；

• 負責維護和開發上位機與伺服控制器的通信協議棧（USB-CAN、TCP/IP）以及前端界面的通信（http）；

• 與嵌入式軟硬件工程師、前端軟件開發工程師、算法工程師配合完成路徑規劃算法調度、運動指令下發與系統狀態監控記錄等軟件功能。

算法工程師

主要職責

• 算法開發與落地：參與核心業務（大數據存儲/自然語言處理/電腦視覺）相關算法的設計、開發與優化工作；

• 數據處理與特徵工程：負責海量業務數據的清洗、挖掘，構建高質量的特徵體系，為模型訓練提供數據支持；

• 模型訓練與調優：負責機器學習/深度學習模型的搭建、訓練、評估及調優，提升模型在各項業務指標（如準確率、召回率、轉化率等）上的表現；

• 工程化部署：配合後端工程團隊，推進算法模型的服務化部署與線上A/B測試，保障算法服務的穩定性和高可用性；

軟件工程師（AI存儲系統方向）

主要職責

• AI存儲系統構建與研發，負責核心模塊的代碼編寫、測試及維護（如：分佈式文件系統、對象存儲網關、高性能並行文件系統等）；

• AI訓練數據鏈路優化：針對大模型訓練和海量數據處理的場景特點，優化數據讀取鏈路。解決高並發讀取、海量小文件I/O瓶頸、大文件高吞吐及Checkpoint點的高速寫入問題；

• 性能調優與壓測：負責存儲系統的性能基準測試、瓶頸分析及深度調優，包括但不限於Linux I/O棧優化、內存管理、文件系統內核參數調整等，提升整體系統的IOPS與吞吐量；

• 系統穩定性保障：負責存儲集群的日常監控、故障排查與容災設計，解決複雜分佈式環境下的數據一致性、容錯及高可用問題；

主要職責

主要職責

• 核心幕僚與統籌：作為中心的核心幕僚，專責處理管理層的日常營運、項目追蹤及資源協調，精準規劃並妥善安排管理層的各項事務（包括日程管理、行程協調、商務出差與接待等）；

• 跨部門業務預處理與協調：深度參與並協助統籌招商引資、企業入駐後的會員服務及資源對接，同時協調人力、財務、採購、資訊科技、公共關係、設計等中後台跨部門業務。在向管理層匯報前，需預先進行資訊梳理、問題分析並擬定初步解決方案，確保管理層高效決策；

• 全面負責行政、人力資源、財務、公共關係、採購、資訊科技等全板塊營運管理，建立標準化營運體系，確保各板塊規範高效運作；

• 負責員工費用報銷的審核工作，並辦理報銷款項的支付，以及對外按審批流程執行付款。

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce cybersecurity compliance standards in line with legal, regulatory and internal security requirements

• Oversee full lifecycle project management for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives, including scope definition, timeline planning, resource allocation, risk assessment and milestone tracking

• Maintain high performance, availability and reliability of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, databases, and operating systems) to support business continuity

Requirements

• Qualification

  • Experience in a variety of systems and infrastructure technology platforms is preferred

  • Candidates with relevant professional certifications will be highly preferred, including but not limited to:

    • Cybersecurity (e.g. CISP, CISP-A, NSATP-D, NSATP-DSM)

    • Networking (e.g. H3CNE, HCIP)

    • Operating systems (e.g. KYCA/KYCP (Kylin OS), MCSA: Windows Server, RHCSA)

• Computer Literacy

  • Strong understanding of relational databases and NoSQL/Big Data technologies in Windows and Linux environments
