Telesales Executive - Macau

Working Location: Macau

Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

YOUR TASK

Promote and Sell DHL Express products and services to customer, driving sales growth to achieve target & KPIs as assigned.
Acquire new business or new customers, develop customer base by providing excellent key account follow up services and logistics consultation.
Carry out cold calling and warm calling activities. Customer visit shall be based on business needs.
Provide key account follow up services including but not limited to deep dive into customer needs, provide DHL solutions, handle enquiries of payment issues and service charges, etc.
Maintenance of customer database and monitor of new process implementation are also essential.
Work as a team to complete any assigned tasks by country and/or regional level.

YOUR PROFILE

Hold a valid Macau Residence ID is a MUST
Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 years’ experience in sales or customer services. Bachelor degree holder is an advantages
Strong business senses and interpersonal skills
Good in negotiation, selling techniques and influencing skills
Well-organized, self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure
Excellent in communication and telephone handling skills
Good command in speaking and writing in English
Fluence speaking in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
