Procurement Officer 採購員

主要職責:

  • 確保高效的採購活動和交付,包括食品項目、一般供應、資本支出、運營支出、承包商工作和服務合同

  • 準備相關採購活動的文件,包括價格比較、投標和市場價格調查

Guest Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times

  • Ensures guests are provided with professional and courteous services according to PPL standard

  • Greeting the lounge guests upon arrivals, performs effective and efficient check-ins at the reception, farewell warmly as they leave

  • Coordinating with airlines, ground handlers and other airport departments that provides accurate information to the lounge guests promptly.

  • Preparing the VIP room by referring the reservation confirmation and assist the guests needs

  • Conducting feedback forms from the lounge guests daily, reports and solves the problem or complaint to minimize the negative issue

  • Patrolling the lounge and VIP rooms daily to ensure all the items and facilities are tidy and functioning well.

  • Updating the lounge food and beverage menu.

  • To undertake any other reasonable assignment by the superior, as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduated or above

  • Relevant experiences in hotel or catering is an advantage

  • Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Shift duties are required

Telesales Executive - Macau

Working Location: Macau

Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

YOUR TASK

  • Promote and Sell DHL Express products and services to customer, driving sales growth to achieve target & KPIs as assigned.

  • Acquire new business or new customers, develop customer base by providing excellent key account follow up services and logistics consultation.

  • Carry out cold calling and warm calling activities. Customer visit shall be based on business needs.

  • Provide key account follow up services including but not limited to deep dive into customer needs, provide DHL solutions, handle enquiries of payment issues and service charges, etc.

  • Maintenance of customer database and monitor of new process implementation are also essential.

  • Work as a team to complete any assigned tasks by country and/or regional level.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Hold a valid Macau Residence ID is a MUST

  • Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 years’ experience in sales or customer services. Bachelor degree holder is an advantages

  • Strong business senses and interpersonal skills

  • Good in negotiation, selling techniques and influencing skills

  • Well-organized, self-motivated, result oriented and able to work under pressure

  • Excellent in communication and telephone handling skills

  • Good command in speaking and writing in English

  • Fluence speaking in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel

技術支援工程師 Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide support services for air operators, travel agents, and relevant government bureaus and departments regarding various aviation-related systems.

  • Answer queries and handle problems, including on-site troubleshooting and fixing application problems.

  • Contact, coordinate, and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve issues.

  • Coordinate problem reporting and keep track of progress, providing regular updates to all concerned parties.

  • Monitor infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
