工作職責：

進行現場檢查及風險評估，識別潛在蟲害問題；

Key Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for maintaining global/key account relationship, growing business for the market.

Create values for customer by offering professional product technical applications advice, field test design etc.
Drive new product / innovation programs to implement business strategies and conduct customer/trade presentations.
Partner Corporate Account Team and Field Sales Team to retain, grow and gain business.

Education/Work Experiences

Deep and professional knowledge on Ecolab dispensing systems and dishwashing machines.

Technical Service Manager, HK & Macau

Key Job Responsibilities

Leverage technical knowledge and practice experience on products and systems to develop and promote Ecolab’s leadership in market and drive profit growth.
Identify customer and market opportunities and develop plans with field sales and service team.
Support Technician Team and develop/implement strategies to provide cost-effective, consistent and reliable technical services to sales team and customers that fulfilling on-going installation, maintenance and service agreements as well as business objectives.

Education/Work Experience:

Degree in Chemical or Mechanical
15 years+ global accounts servicing, chemical or equipment technical support experiences
in-depth and solid knowledge on various dispensing systems and dishwashing machines.
