Take ownership of post‑delivery technical success for assigned customers (KPI‑driven)
Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers
Deploy, operate, and optimize enterprise‑grade distributed data and streaming platforms
Perform platform setup using automation tools (e.g. configuration management) or manual configuration based on customer needs
