Responsibilities

  • Passionately present Neoson's products and solutions to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other online platforms.

  • Take ownership of disseminating product knowledge and market activities of Neoson to target audiences.

  • Provide customers with logistics-related quotations for Neoson's products with a sense of ownership and attention to detail.

  • Self-driven to assist with tasks assigned by Neoson’s management, including report preparation, administrative duties, and recording meeting minutes.

  • Be open-minded and adaptive in addressing client needs and feedback.

Requirements and Skills

  • Diploma or higher.

  • At least 1–3 years of relevant sales experience

  • Experience in IT solutions or SaaS sales is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Prior experience in sales support is preferred.

  • Macau ID holder.

Skills

  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

  • Preferably Educational background in IT, computer science or engineering for technical project managers.

  • Preferably a diploma or higher in information technology or electrical engineering.

  • Proven experience as a project administrator in the network technology sector.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Macau ID holder.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a diploma or higher in information technology or electrical engineering.

  • Preferred PMP / PRINCE II certification.
