行政助理
Administrative Assistant
職務概括範疇Key Responsibilities:
處理行政文書(如會議記錄、文件歸檔、報表製作);
協調部門溝通與會議安排;
協助處理日常運營行政工作;
協助跟進及處理各項臨時任務。
職務 / 崗位要求 Requirements:
大學畢業或以上;
具一年或以上文職工作經驗優先考慮;
熟悉一般文書處理 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
流利廣東話、良好普通話及英語;
具細心、負責任、態度積極及獨立完成工作之能力。
