Retail Supervisor (Luxury Brands)
Responsibilities:
Manage promoters at duty free locations, including but not limited to roster planning, on-site support, supervisory duties, etc.
Handle stocks and supplies replenishment at promotional locations across duty free locations
Oversee training and development of promoters
Support back office on recruitment activities
Compile monthly attendance and sales report
Assist in ad hoc task as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience at duty free locations for luxury brand(s)
Experienced in front line sales activities and operations
Excellent in communication and people management skills
Able to solve problems independently
Basic computer literacy
