Job Purpose:

Competencies and Requirements

Job Purpose:

  • Manage the daily operations of Wynn Club Dining and ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service by leading, motivating and coaching Team Members to exceed guests’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinator - Stewards

Job Purpose:

  • Provide secretarial, administrative and clerical support to the Chief Steward and help ensure the smooth operation of the Stewards Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare information and reports for daily managers’ briefings

  • Prepare correspondence, documents and photocopies and issue all Steward-related forms

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies

  • Monitor and prepare reports on the consumption of the department’s chemical usage

Competencies and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ administrative/secretarial experience in a large organization, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Knowledge/Certificates: Basic F&B knowledge preferred. Report preparation and minute taking

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of database analysis or programming experience preferred

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field

  • Language Ability: Good written and spoken English and Cantonese/Mandarin

Job Purpose:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Butler Teams, reporting to the Director – VIP Services. Ensure the VIP guest experience in the Villa and End Suites is memorable by motivating Team Members to exceed guests’ expectations.

Competencies and Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-star hospitality or customer service management experience an advantage

  • Knowledge/Certificates: Excellent knowledge of Macau market and casino-resort business trends preferred

  • Education: Bachelor degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management an advantage

  • Language Ability: Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese

F&B Trainer - Food & Beverage Administration

Job Purpose:

  • Create and deliver training programs to elevate learning for the F&B division and to cultivate a positive and exciting learning environment.

Daily Operations:

  • Actively create and plan trainings within the Academy; working with different kitchens to organise hands on learning experience for team members.

  • Oversee the implementation of training programs in coordination with the restaurants.

  • Work closely with Learning & Advancement team in support of the training calendar and activities and ensure full participation.

  • Conduct inspections to monitor staff performance, training status and attendance.

  • Write and implement training programs, learning guides and departmental handbooks.

Competencies and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ training experience, preferably in F&B

  • Knowledge/Certificates: In-depth knowledge of training techniques and their application; excellent knowledge of high-quality F&B service
