E-Commerce Manager

Duties:

  • Manage MTCEC web shop in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting;

  • Work closely with the Web Designers and Developers for the new MTCEC web shop to make sure it is built to drive sales and create a great user experience;

  • Coordinate between the different MTCEC departments to get all the necessary content for the web shop, digital agencies, and advertisement efforts;

  • Work closely with the group marketing team on strategy goals and branding;

  • Manage digital agencies for quality website traffic acquisition;

  • Oversee advertisement agencies or directly manage advertisement channels across PPC (Pay Per Click), Display, Email Marketing, and Social Media;

  • Proofread and make suggestions in all the written English and Chinese copy provided by the agencies;

  • Develop the content calendar for advertisement placement between the different channels: Social Media, PPC (Pay Per Click), Display and Email Marketing;

  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies to achieve the KPIs’ targets;

  • Keep constantly monitoring and making upgrades on our web shop SEO (Search Engine Optimization) ranking;

  • Keep up to date with all new e-commerce trends and technologies in order to provide to senior management suggestions for better e-commerce results;

  • Develop the content calendar for advertisement placement between the different channels (Social Media, PPC, Display, and Email Marketing);

  • Create monthly reports on overall e-commerce performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command in spoken and written English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese;

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Experience managing digital agencies;

  • Know-how in developing and overseeing digital campaigns;

  • Understanding of web design and web data analysis;

  • Knowledge of digital advertisement channels such as PPC (Pay Per Click), Social Media, and Display channels;

Sales Coordinator - TA

Job Responsibilities:

  • To follow up on all confirmed Travel Agent to ensure necessary arrangements are made well in advance in accordance with their requirements.

  • To prepare regular reports including the daily & weekly event report for all concerned departments.

  • To supervise proper maintenance of filing system.

  • Maintain close contacts with travel agents, corporate clients, wholesalers consultants to ensure customer retention.

  • To assist to achieve monthly revenue goals.

  • Maintain positive interdepartmental communications and to complete special projects as assigned by the Senior Sales Manager and Assistant Director of Sales.

  • To establish and maintain good employee relations.

  • To comply with local legislation as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma graduated or above

  • Candidate with relevant working experiences is preferred

  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferable in hospitality industry;

  • Strong knowledge in using fulling integrated account system;

Guest Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide travel information and recommend on famous travel spots to the tourists;

  • Reconfirm the travel agency faxes at T1 Ticketing counter;

  • Promote and upsell AJ and F&B packages to guests;

  • Assist foreign travelers to take suitable transportation to their destinations;

  • To answer hotlines and any inquiry from public on the phone.

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate

  • 1 year relevant experience preferable

  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

  • Shift duty required

Guest Relations Officer

Responsibility:

  • To assist Director for the daily duties, VIP greeting, Media tour, etc;

  • Manage the whole department’s administration works;

  • Greet VIP and escort them to Macau Tower;

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complains, by coordinating with internal department;

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team for daily event, ensure proper and VIP treatment to all clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Facilities Management Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:


A. Supervision

  • Supervise and co-ordinate with Management, Security and Cleaning Team Members.

  • Advise and assist in resolving complaints.

  • Allocate duties to the Management, Security and Cleaning Team Members.

  • Assist in training of the Management, Security and Cleaning Team Members

  • Supervise the performance of contractors and report the same to the Property Manager and Assistant or Assistant Property Manager.

  • Monitor inventory of the Facilities Management Division.

B. Routine Patrol / Inspection

  • Carry out general inspection of all managed areas.

  • Check and inspect any non-conforming use and unauthorized fittings.

  • Communicate with the Technical Team for necessary repairs.

  • Follow up Repair Orders with the Technical Team.

  • Prepare circulars / letters whenever necessary.

C. Cleaning Supervision

  • Supervise & monitor the works of the in-house cleaning crews.

  • Convene coordination meetings periodically with Cleaning Contractors to discuss and resolve problems,

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the entire building to a high standard.

  • Supervise pest control works.

D. Community / Relations

  • Interview of visitors and tenants to cultivate goodwill.

  • Assist tenants in solving management problem.

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Department and Events Division.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduated or above.

  • At least 1 year related work experience.

  • Initiate the planned preventative maintenance program for the building structure furniture fittings and equipment using O&M Manuals for guidance with routines scheduled through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo) ensuring compliance with statutory maintenance and testing

  • Conduct routine audits, quality assurance inspections, risk assessments maintenance trend analysis and other routine technical management tools to ensure continual improvement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Has over 8 yrs working experience in building trade or construction services discipline

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant engineering disciplines

  • Exposure in hotel/ hospitality industry/ power plant/ similar facilities is preferred

2) Senior Manager – Electrical, Engineering & Facilities (25299BR)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead and manage the Electrical Team to develop maintenance strategies and ensure the effective implementation of the approved Operation and Maintenance Strategies for HV/MV/LV Electrical Systems, 110kV Sub-stations, Generators, High Voltage (HV) Equipment and associated equipment/ systems by Electrical Team and contractors

  • Prepare regular/ incidental engineering/ technical reports to Management as necessary

  • Maintain accurate records of both maintenance activities and personal performance that includes the establishment of KPI’s and appraisal reviews

REQUIREMENTS

  • Has over 8 yrs working experience in operation and maintenance of HV/MV/LV Systems and associated equipment/ systems

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant engineering disciplines

  • Exposure in hotel/ hospitality industry/ power plant/ similar facilities is preferred

3) Senior Manager – Fire Services, Engineering & Facilities (25294BR)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Operation and maintenance of the Fire Services systems, equipment and contractors ensuring business continuity and the safety and comfort of our guests and team members are not compromised

  • Initiate the planned preventative maintenance program for the Fire Services systems and equipment using O&M Manuals for guidance with routines scheduled through the Computerized Maintenance Management System ensuring compliance with statutory maintenance and testing

  • Conduct routine audits, quality assurance inspections, risk assessments maintenance trend analysis and other routine technical management tools to ensure continual improvement of work methods

REQUIREMENTS

  • Has over 8 yrs working experience in operation and maintenance of Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical / Fire Services Engineering

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant engineering disciplines

  • Exposure in hotel/ hospitality industry/ power plant/ similar facilities is preferred

4) Senior Manager – HVAC, Engineering & Facilities (25293BR)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Operation and maintenance of the ventilation system, chilled water system, smoke management system, AC equipment and contractors ensuring business continuity and the safety and comfort of our guests and team members are not compromised

  • Initiate the planned preventative maintenance program for HVAC system and descript clear job direction and provide supporting to manager in order to lead the team effectively

  • Making recommendations with regard to the HVAC system and team on the basis of the reports of the managing

REQUIREMENTS

  • Has over 8 yrs working experience in engineering operation and maintenance of HVAC system in a large facility

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant engineering disciplines

  • Exposure in hotel/ hospitality industry/ power plant/ similar facilities is preferred

5) Manager – Building Maintenance, Engineering & Facilities (25313BR)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Thoroughly understand the building repair and maintenance procedures including A&A and their effective implementation

  • Supervise in-house Technicians from building trades and external contractors to carry out building repairs and maintenance and A&A

  • Identify methods, materials and technologies in the market to improve building repair and maintenance efficiencies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Holder of High Diploma in Building Technology and Management or above

  • Possess at minimum 8 years of experience in one or more of building / construction / interior decoration at least 5 of which must be from a 5-star hotel environment

  • Previous MEP experiences are preferred

6) Manager – Duty Engineering, Engineering & Facilities (25310BR)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage and lead the duty engineering teams Supervisors and Senior Technicians providing continued support through shift meetings, on job training and effective shift handover

  • Monitor the Building Management System on a 24/7 basis ensuring an accurate status of all systems and equipment is clearly understood with direct liaison with the 24/7 Security team for monitoring and response to critical alarms

  • Maintain accurate records of shift records and maintenance activities and complete planned preventive maintenance schedules as detailed in engineering shift log

REQUIREMENTS

  • Formal qualification in an Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering services discipline

  • Experience in engineering operation and maintenance in a large casino and hotel facility

  • Knowledge of energy management and Building Maintenance System (BMS) Strategies

7) Manager – Plants Operation, Engineering & Facilities (25312BR)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Lead the Plant Operation Team in managing the operation and maintenance of Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants and associated equipment/ systems

  • Prepare contractual and technical proposals (e.g. specification, tender and contract) for effective execution and monitoring of engineering services/ works

  • Schedule planned Preventive/ Corrective Maintenance programs with reference to best industrial practice, technical development and Operation & Maintenance Manuals, and with the aid of Computerized Maintenance Management System

REQUIREMENTS
