Macau Branch – Branch Officer
Job summary:
Business operations and assist in branch office administration of Macau Branch
Job duties / responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in client enquiries, complete full account opening procedures, and conduct standardized KYC verification to meet regulatory and internal compliance
Follow up on margin call notifications, and oversee daily client account administration as well as fund and trade settlement operations with accuracy
Introduce the company’s financial products and services to clients
Support daily branch operational routines and administrative management
Support the Branch Manager in completing other branch duties as assigned
Job Specification:
Degree holder in Finance, Economics or Business or related disciplines
1 year’s working experience in financial industry
Macau citizen or eligible to work in Macau
Good understanding of the Hong Kong financial market & knowledge of Macau Securities regulatory frameworks, rules and compliance requirements
Strong communication and client servicing skills
Good command of English and Chinese
Passing or taking HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 and other professional exams are preferred
